The recent oil price rise and then fall, was an opportunity to shake out those that could still be shook. It didn't happen. Oil and Gas going one way in 2022-3-4 IMO.

I am genuinely surprised that shareholders are not more bullish on this business. It's a winner especially as commodity prices rise.

you can view it in many ways. My take is that's shareholder cash that could be distributed as dividends, being used to buy shares to appease the great unwashed masses of shareholders that are cross because the px is low and mgt have failed!
