Listened again to James' announcement on the 11th Nov. He said shareholders would be getting regular announcements. Where are they - it's been a month... nothing.

Even in the no-deal scenario, i see a good long-term outcome from 70p IMO / DYOR

One would assume any offer would be much closer to NAV than 71p, but yes, if they don't what will they do?

Pretty sure the these opex numbers don't include capex with is deductible to get the annual net number.

Never look at revenue figures; look at the net figure. One of the major reasons we've been marked down in recent years is our net figure is too low. The net figure on the old Aussie assets is critical.

It's going to be a combination of both. What to do, i hold some cash, but no more than 30% of my pot as time in the market always beats timing the market in my 30 years of investing.

This is not really a stock that retail holds directly - look at the share register. Also these boards are very quiet given all that is going on.

The way this is dropping like a stone, the market thinks there's nowhere near the NAV achievable.

Frankly, i have never met a financial director that got me excited - what did you expect, he's an accountant. Bit harsh criticizing him for not showing enthusiasm.

Nope, don't want more RBL, whatever the incentive. The markets don't like debt. They really don't, and paying it back has held back the share price. Lets farm out a share, rather than borrow.

Its also 30% off the 52w high of 33p. So it's sitting bang in mind range.

That's later than last year, wonder why...
