Yes there is no comparison between the 2 because 1 required that significant investment.

RodneyT, what I think they could do, and what I think they will do are probably not aligned lol. If all major stakeholders involved do ok and it’s just the normal retail share base that misses out the risk to reputation could be considered small enough to not worry about.

RodneyT, be nice if they just sorted share holders out now. With the majority of the SH base being low averages now they could probably make stuff go away with some form of restructure that made 95% of people happyish.

This has no affect on my position as I will 100% be giving instruction to mr cotter, but would be nice to know to gauge the size of the group going forward

Maid, I assume you know the difference of what BP where doing and what MC will be doing for share holders, so the suggest a multibillion pound company failed means we would fail is very strange given the 2 processes are completely different .

For me it was a no brainer decision in the fact of investment lost vs potential to gain a % of that back so the sums in my respect where simple.

The secondary point for me is I want the truth and I want people to answer questions honestly and under proper legal scrutiny. Now on this part the sums would not have had to be so clearly in favour of a financial benefit for me to progress and almost I would pay a few hundred pound to find out all the facts even if it meant getting nothing back.

So glad this opportunity has been created by the CAG as I can hopefully get the truth and also stand to recover some money.

Yes just looked and does seem 2 trades are too small hence cancelled out so that left only 2 trades at the the right price

Bfdinvestor, that’s my view from past understandings but not reviewed the ones discussed here.

At this point in time the sp will be interesting. Previously large projects like this get valued all over the place, with some significant multiples of where we are today.

For me it was accumulate and hold so time will tell where we end up.

So what if copl run out of cash.

SH’s have been shafted, so maybe one of the remaining parties who actual stand to do ok might need to put their hand in their pocket rather than in SH’s pockets.

It was a deadline to submit information this Tuesday and it’s now only Thursday!!!

If I had a few hundred emails in the last 2 weeks to document, vet, and process it would take me months so if people have had enough 2 days after the deadline my suggestion is this process is not for you anyway as your stress over the next few years will be too much.

@rbm, thanks again and maybe a way of dealing with unrealistic expectations is that we kindly ask mr cotter to provide a simple monthly progress update on a day of his choice starting after this initial vetting phase has completed, which I think was suggested to take 6-8 weeks (not a few days)

Thanks again for arranging this RBM along with the others because it gives some hope a considerable amount of cash has some chance of return. I will always be very upset at the investment opportunity lost but get the cash back and see some hard questions on the way for a few people/organisations then I will have some closure.

Well to keep things simple I added up my purchases and my sells then take one from the other and that shows the complete loss and would also take in to account any profit made on trades so it provides your total lose given anything not sold is also now a total loss (or i currently assume it is as the company wont mention anything lol)

It has been quite therapeutic to work it all out and send over to Mr Cotter this evening so now I am locked in for the fun and seems I am in the second from top payment bracket and very close to being in the top so worth every penny.

Also in case people are reading this, it’s worth every penny and if they ask me for the same again in a year I will pay it again so don’t think this action is going away.

Well I am very much going to support, I was anyway, but the presentation has confirmed the action is worth it and have some faith with the people involved.

Hopefully I can get access to the later call next week as some questions on the qty of shares / loss but ultimately I will do a full information draw down from II and then do a simple purchased price vs sold price to work out the loss and that should do the trick, just might take a few pages of a spreadsheet to do it as I was very active whilst trying to build my holding (even selling on dips) to try and gain more but the direction of travel was always one way so won’t be too strenuous to work out.

Overall this is really energising to start the process and can’t wait for answers and hopefully if the case built up is very strong I would like to see this process pushed as far as it can go.

Thanks to the CAG group, as with out this we would be a few hundred people annoyed and no doubt 5-10 small fractions doing very little given the costs to seriously push this but as a few hundred it really is a different story, and I really hope all involved understand the questions they will have to now answer in full.
