It worries me how people think you value a company by a SP.

Check the market cap today with 30% of HAV

Then If SP is 4.8p, and you assume full dilution, work out the market cap it then sits at. Give you a clue not much different lol.

Once you done that decide if ggp now having 100% of HAV, TEL, and importantly clarity on way forward to being a significant mining company means some market cap should be added. Add what you think on and work what the SP should be.

The calculations aren’t hard hence it’s described as an accretive deal for share holders. The duration for when it’s accretive will be down to who sells or does not sell the placing but the calcs are easy so their will be plenty of buyers.

My simplistic view having done some very simple calcs is if I was short I would not be by 8.01am tomorrow morning from a risk perspective, and if the SP on the open market hit 4.8p I would see that as an opportunity and throw a lot more in to my holding.

The recent call clearly stated how this was being approached so let it all play out and let’s get the answers we want.

Depends how it can play out, low key or from the roof tops but again let our expert decide that and let’s help them where we can

Tildo, I agree figures not known and a SP average was at the 36p mark then I would assume real term value to that level is not on re-opening but down the line.

I feel very lucky I found GGP once it was in the 5-7p range, but my view is ideally I want to be here for longer term given the potential it has for adding value from exploration to mining and selling product.

Well it’s what many people here, me included wanted.

What happens on restart will depend on the deal or more importantly how it’s structured, but at the end of the day if you were excited about mining with only 30% of HAV then the prospect of mining with 100% of HAV and TEL in tow is a great prospect.

Get it over the line, get it funded, get out of suspension and the next phase of GGP is well and truly underway.

It’s one of the questions I am most interested to see answered so will look forward to the chapter on that one lol

Remember the legal jargon you are reading is most likely just in respect to the CCAA process specifically and not everything that’s gone on with COPL and it’s disastrous performance (let me call it that rather than anything else) leading up to the CCAA process.

I would need to read it all to have an opinion I would stand behind, but with Mr Cotter and the team now working on it my opinion is not relevant enough for me to read and digesting it all, I will leave it to the experts.

Missed the live presentation as I was in vegas, luckily not losing as much as COPL has cost me.

However having watched it this evening I was impressed with the execution and although we all wan to know as much as possible I liked that nothing was given away because at this stage we don’t know everyone on the calls, so best to announce stuff after it’s done rather than before.

Keep it up and just wish there was some help I could be but feel like I am a passenger and when I am used to driving the situations I work in this feels different but appreciate the team involved actual needs nothing from me and my skill set does not help so will leave it to them.

Well been watching and made something on the discovery, seems a good opportunity now so back again and may hold these longer depending on the next 1-2 RNAs

Houston / George in my view you are both right and I would love to have the accounts for the last year to analyse from all involved parties.

A nice increase in voice over the last 4-6 trading sessions after the small purchases shown via the TR-1’s

It’s under the placing price of some time ago and lots to come in the pipeline hence I have been happy to accumulate for a while now.

This project is progressing nicely and really glad I have been building a position. One day the market cap could react like GGP/EUA did and then the project economics and normal mining process will take over and decide where this sits in 5 years time, unless someone fancies grabbing it earlier.

Loved the update today and basically moving along exactly as MC said it would so that is a real positive start to proceedings.

Please appreciate I am part of the wider retail groups so don’t have any information of what CAG are doing so just interested in the overall strategy.

Is the plan to go back to the relevant parties/individuals and demonstrate what we have and what we would like with a strict timeline via official legal routes.

If that is not met the information becomes more public (where appropriate) and then the different legal route (i.e. no-one wanting to blink early on) is pursued involving wider authorities and additional legal options.

I understand the need for keeping cards close to the chest and from my side at this crucial stage I actually prefer to know less as it means the chances of others becoming knowledgeable to the detriment of the cause is less.

Agreed Rodney, a lot of the fight is getting to the position the CAG have got us all too now, and should not be underestimated, hence I feel many others will have doubted we all reach this stage which has been proved to be a mistake and as such the pressure can start to be applied

RBM thanks for getting to this stage, I was one concerned it would fizzle out as they often do but it seems all involved with the CAG initially had the fight and then the retail base has kindly been invited and grabbed the opportunity.

I suspect many of the other parties were expecting it to fizzle out so will be interesting to see how this progresses now that realisation of serious questions will be asked and eventually they have to be answered, unless another party makes a dramatic change of direction in the next 3-4 weeks and/or decides it next not to answer anything with a settlement.

All I can say is it feels great to be part of a wider group and hope in some way I can help along the way.

I would love to see the COPL accounts for the last year showing how they have changed things from August 23 to August 24. My assumption would be the cost reductions could have / should have been done to preserve COPL and in the beta interests of th share holders.

Between 500 SH’s I am sure we have a knowledgeable actuary (although MC will have one lol) as I really want the accounts gone through in a forensic way given the qty of routes the money can move in based on the company structure. However I think Finnwittrader said we are already covered in some evidence in that respect so all is good.

Paying the invoice now and really pleased to be doing so.

RBM / CAG I really appreciate this opportunity and I am sure like the other side I had doubts getting to this stage but you guys have started it, brought it all together, and presented the retail base with a good opportunity, which has been taken in style it seems.

Looks like I will get what I wanted, which is answers, I will let the courts decide the rest 👍 or others if they decide court is not the route they want to take.

Progressing as it should do, great feeling to really get this starting as at this point people on the other side can start to realise this is a problem not going away without a lot of answers

James, tough question only you can answer. For me 3 years ago would have been to early to consider it for me, but now revenue is growing it’s the time for me.

Had I invested 3 years ago and time I was in profit I would have taken some profit to try to get to a free ride.

To stop the constant conversations, the situation is as follows in my view.

Company progress in terms of revenue ramp up seems to be very good with a very important word in the results advising that significant growth is seen in the first few months of this financial year and the accounts show they have cash.

Now the flip side is the SP is not reacting as such, but for me that’s an opportunity as I see future value disconnect between the direction of the company and the SP which is where money can be made.

Does not always work out but when it does it works out big.

Other than that the constant “going to 0.4p or going to £2” is pointless place your bets and just watch it play out.
