The SP is obviously settling at the price the market likes, which will include all the additional shares so currently give or take the market price is predicting 850m.

My view is that with everything we get and the future potential this is not really enough so would not be surprised if we see and extra 20-30% on top before the deal completes and then a further 20-30% after completion, but predicting short term SP is not really my concern as some many factors affect it. When we have had 1 qtr of production from Telfer the impact should be decent and then there are so many drivers that can affect thinks but we won’t be an 850m company for too long.

If there is any pull back next week I think it would be swift because like many no doubt I have brought 4.8p shares to keep and if he option of 5.X arises again I would throw the kitchen sink at it.

They can’t keep supporting recyclus, as they can’t generate anymore debt at this level as the people supplying the debt won’t have liquidity to sell into. The existing debt suppliers have no chance of selling the debt back to retail.

The market this is in is perfect place, perfect time, and expanding. If this gets traction in the market (last results suggested significant increase in revenue) then this could move very fast hence I am still trying to add monthly.

Yes I am aware, and my view is if GST is successful with the revenue increases this type of business becomes a snowball and can move very quickly, but if that happens I maintain that BEFORE GST has that market cap it would be sold, hence I don’t think £2.50 is realistic.

Must admit I would love £2.50 and based on the business model being like a snowball anything is possible but I maintain it will be sold way before then and my assumption is if all goes well and revenue is shown to be increasing and the pillars start to function as we all would like I think GST will be long gone before reaching a 500m market cap company.

Rodney, is there anything in the extended stay date now, I.e. attempt for middle ground. Feel free not to reply but I found the duration of the stay interesting, as it proves enough time for Summit to do a lot of different things in that time

As many have said leave it all the class action now, it’s real, it’s happening, and it has a significant backing so it’s not like me sending an email to ask questions. We are all in this to the end, if the end is the full legal route and through the courts, and very publicly to get to the truth so be it, we have the will and the backing as a groups. Regardless of what some might think for there to be a class action it implies that legal council have already indicated that there are questions to be answered as all may not be ok (let me put it that way)

The thing to remember in a significant group of private investors, that CAG has, imagine the qty of people in all different industries that a group of people that size has. At the right time and when probably requested just imagine the media contacts the group probably has.

Nothing needs to be pushed yet until the legal support advises us the support needed at which point I am sure we will all get the chance to utilise contacts and our network of support we no doubt each have available to us.

Freddie, online with ii I have a line item allocated to ggp placing shares. The value is obviously 0 but it tells me the book cost was exactly what I asked for and have exactly that amount missing in cash so my assumption is I have got what I want, but no official communication to confirm anything

Well online for ii it obviously shows 0 shares but has a book cost of the amount requested and obviously shows as 100% loss currently. I take this to mean I got what I asked for so on the 1/10 I should be happy I have the amount of GGP I wanted going forward, with caveat being if it reaches anywhere near 5p again I will buy more on the open market for the SIPP as I can get some extra funds together from trimming the portfolio a little

However, back to GST and I actually think you are correct and we will do well here and if it all goes well more than make the losses up is my hope 👍

Rich, what’s impacting it is that it is 25-30% under the discounted placing price and given the fact the money was for an acquisition not working capital, plus no need for further placings (I hope) unless growth related, then it’s just simply too low. The potential here is significant and for a change when people say 5p / 10p etc there is actually logic in the prediction, as the revenue could under pin it.

Sit back and watch to see where it ends up, but I still maintain later 2024 the so would have moved up a range and 2025 either sees a revenue increase driven rise, a takeout, or an unexpected disaster as can never rule them out lol

Regardless of what L2 is saying GST should never really be below the placing price and if the recent reports where they mention significant revenue growth more times than I have seen before from any company, then I would expect us to be about the 1.2-1.8 range to be honest ready for the next news and market move.

Time will tell but in 2025 I am expecting to have received many bags and be very happy

I really like GST as an investment so hopefully my purchases work out well.

I would really like them to do a comprehensive update on all the pillars, and there status as I think the simple act of doing that would out the SP to at least placing price and probably some additional forward looking investment on top of that.

I was thinking by end of 2024 it would be interesting and had a view 2025 would be some real growth and/or it all being snapped up.

Oh wow if only I thought about dividing the money by the placing price!!!!

I am interested in official confirmation as all the money is gone the second I applied but over a value some people have not received full allocation l.
