There is more than enough evidence that the assets are fine and oil can be extracted, it’s the lack of injecting gas that stopped the company being profitable and that’s the bit where the frustration comes from.

If they declared they would not be injecting gas for a period while they consider the bigger financial picture I would have sold out fast. They did not say that, they said they were injecting and they did not. Fluff it up all you want but the second they did not do it they material affect on the company was huge and they did not announce it all until SH, where already shafted.

Thanks RBM, to me it’s the final action/decision people could take of their own accord I guess, so could have been taken to see the various reactions before deciding if the cliff is best option would be my guess. The reason I say that is because it’s probably what I would have done lol.

Anyway money is lost now from a “normal” perspective unless a large 180 turnaround occurs so from that perspective when you open up the communications with the wider audience on the CAG group I will do all I can to help even if it is just some of the donkey work, as I want to push this as far as possible, given the strong feeling of injustice I have.

Influencing the current situation is difficult as a single PI, but the CAG are working to help make sure the collective PI is heard.

If it hits the point of getting nothing back then basically all get behind the Legal action and collectively all make sure the truth goes out in full and if that provides people with a tough couple of years then it’s no issue to me. Losing the last few k is not an issue as damage was already done months ago.

Going to be very honest I am very surprised yesterday came and went with no communication at all.

I take the no communication as a good thing because if the SL had pulled the trigger yesterday the company would have known and would have been obligated to tell us all the way upto sedar last night so no news holds some positives (I think)

To be factually correct there was an extension to present a viable business proposition going forward not an extension to “pay off the debt”

That proposition could be many different things, but one of the could be to close up shop and sell the asset as you state but also a few other options.

Time will provide the answer.

Either way good or bad, my suspicion would be suspension given orderly markets so for me I was betting on a 7.30 RNA

My main wish is we get to see what the girls can do with the gas taps open with meaningful skin left in the game.

If there is a deal, my personal view is there will be after the last extension message as I took that as a positive, but don’t assume a deal is done.

I did the same, got some between 395-420 as never understood the reaction last year so hopefully can ride with it back to the previous levels, which will hopefully see a 40-50% return on the investment.

Good reminder of some effects on actual people as it is never just numbers on a spreadsheet that people have lost.

I consider myself lucky as I have lost a lot , but at a stage where I have time to learn and react to it but the loss when looking at the portfolio is significant and noticeable and will ultimately affect me in some way given lost opportunities

Phil, at this point in time, if your not in the group of people who could be currently classed as insiders for very good legitimate reasons basically there are many options of what could happen.

Basically for people outside of being an insider there would need to be a few more public moves to successfully start to anticipate the next few moves after that with accuracy.

We are currently passengers so enjoy the ride, anticipate the crash, but have hope we miss the wall. If we do hit the wall settle down for some good old fashioned legal fun for a few years to see if someone will repair the car for you :)

The strike price was what the CAG had asked for previously, I don’t know if that is still a request at this stage but in my personal head space I had 4p as the point in time where things took a worse turn with the re-strike at 2.6 and subsequent drop(s)

From my opinion anything below the 4p as the new starting line with a level playing field is poor.

Going to be a fun week at least, and the end of the week will determine the direction of the company and the legal action no doubt
