LTH can be a pain on some shares with views based on buying in at the wrong time but there is genuine legal action being taken because with COPL the situation is unbelievable to some degree.

If people can make 25-50% on trading take it, but just be warned the price can drop very quickly when certain holders seem to benefit from it

LTH’s /RBM I was expecting sight of the new business plan by now but my assumption is the SL is more involved now on future so there is some flexibility in play what’s your views?

The bond holders determine the price because they like bringing price down for vwap interest conversions (or trading volumes historically suggest that) and at anytime they can convert a few more billion shares.

You want but based on the company behaviour it’s as likely to go up significantly as it is to close and it could be tomorrow, next week or end of the month. Take a position or sell up and the flip of a coin will determine in, just don’t moan if you get it wrong or state it was obvious it would bag as the flip of a coin decides.

I know it won’t go that far hence people will always have issues and hence the action being taken.

For me not to feel very aggrieved I would want less shares, a 5p starting SP position and a decent plan for growth / JV or asset sale to show me that 5p was the base line, also I would not want BH’s with a stupid low conversion price.

Hence it won’t happen lol

RBM, understood, I assume once proceedings are set underway officially in the eyes of the legal system then those in the proceedings can get sight of the legal documents to confirm the situation in detail?

Someone suggests that they might try to rectify the situation, well the issue is reaching here has added so many shares that to rectify the situation would take something quite extreme. Like maybe a significant share buy back lol.

RBM, please feel free to email the answers to the emails for those of us in the class action group, but I would be really keen to understand the aspect of the no gas paper trail etc but am I reading it right that there is evidence of doing the wrong thing in respect to generating profit to support the business?

Incorrect brattus, RNA messages aligned the BOd to the BH’s with the same bond terms. So from that point public information was exact that.

The when challenged on this aspect suddenly anRNA comes out saying it never happened.

Regardless of the bonds being taken or not taken the BOD aligned themselves to the BH and as such an BH strategies did not affect the BOD only share holders.

They can say they were never taken, probably were not but the fact the RNA says they aligned is the key point.

Unyet previous RNA’s said they were and it was only when they were told this aligned them to the BH that suddenly a rushed RNA to suggest otherwise.

Duster, we have all given up that the management cared about the retail PI’s and potentially worse so guess we are all waiting for the litigation to kick off now. Will take years but the company are obviously not serious so gives everyone something to do for a few years.

RBM, can I ask if the company and individuals clearly know that the class action is coming. Do they expect this not to happen and reality won’t sink in until the first letter ends.

Yep I imagine so as follows the usual trading pattern so expect another “sod all you little guys here is another 1b plus shares to dilute you all further”

The only way will be the legal route that the CAG are embarking on as there is obviously no appetite to alter the current course.

There would be no appetite for the market to absorb significant conversions now, they have made sure no-one out side of the BH would want significant shares now. If they do the obvious question is why!

That’s also why the mention of trying to sort out a funding round where PI’s can be involved is a joke. With the BH’s terms and SP, it means any positivity will just be used by BH’s to convert so why would anyone invest knowing they are only going to be diluted constantly. The only way to prevent that is to do a raise above current SP and the BH’s alter terms to go along with the raise.

Their is really only 1 route out now for a situation where everyone might get something out of it, although it would have to be a really good change of BH terms and much higher price for the raise to make any difference to peoples perception and course of action being taken.

Personally I think the chances of surviving are high, the chances of retail PI’s seeing any benefit is very low hence the approach of the class action.

My assumption with COPL is they will carryon and do whatever “they” deem acceptable based on what the SL and BH deem necessary and that will be what it will be.

In parallel the legal aspect with the litigation will carryon and based on the sums involved and qty of entities involved it will take years to get a result. However I don’t care if it takes 10 years as nothing to lose and in the mean time if anyone in COPL starts to consider their responsibility to us retail SH’s, and the SP does something, then that is just a distant unexpected bonus
