Make £120m and it’s only worth 5p!!!!!! Comical at best.

Mind you this was from the person who managed to buy some shares a day before they relisted and sold today for a nice lunch.

Well on Monday the bid is as 0.7p in the portfolio and no way of trading anything.

Today it’s 0.85p (20% increase in the displayed bid) and I can trade it.

I expected around 1.05p close today being honest but the fact it’s back trading and the visual improvement in the portfolio is a win win.

Onwards and like I said when the accounts were publish have a look where it is by end of sept 👍

So a 91% increase in revenue (business), whilst accounting for none of the new services that have been present for 6 months now (BAKE etc) is not showing progress.

Also the explanation on why costs were up is sound, hence I am looking forward to the interims as I think they will help with the forward looking aspect more.

Twiggy, yes people just need to let things settle down. It’s 22 mins since a 7 week suspension, some will want out straight away for cash some will want in straight away, and then the more astute buyers or sellers normally come in after the first hour of trading.

GST is back trading, with some good results, let it breath and see where it all settles by end of Sept. GST is worth more a lot more than the current market cap IMO. They have even told everyone 100x that their Semnet valuation is today’s market cap alone (and more).

I think that’s where the interims could come in handy

Oh and forgot to mention I liked the references to acquisitions as well as it shows me they are after growth and more growth so that’s a big plus for my strategy regardless of that requires future raises.

Having read the 104 pages now I could write a lot about my thoughts but my summary is this.

Some costs seem high, but they state why (took the costs with out the benefits etc)

Growth is good (again) like every set they have produced in recent time's

They reference the licenses a lot and the benefits when they come so that is going to be great to see.

Assets went up a decent amount which helps to show the reasoning behind cost increases as well as the written narrative.

Without doing a full detailed break on the numbers my view is this is there is a great base to launch from, and in my view better than 2024 on the points that interest me so I am happy that 0.775p is not fair for sure so let’s see where GST goes in the next 6 months with the interims due in the not too distance future and licenses it should be an action packed 6 months. Maybe 2026 is going to be more like what I expected 2025 to be as from the numbers I probably underestimated the work they have had to do this year to get it all running together.

Overall happy and let’s see what they can do with GST looking forward.

What I find a little comical is there are more green boxes today on here this morning than there was on Friday when results where published, strange behaviour

I said over the weekend that it could be Tuesday / Wednesday given the FCA, but had bet on today, so I lost that bet with myself 😂

Suspension / FCA related have always been 7.30 in any company I have invested in.

My view on SP is I see no real reason why we won’t get back to the 1.9 placing price within a relatively small period of time I think there will be a little lag as some who brought on the last day drop out for a quick 100% but equally anything below 1.5p in my view is a very good entry point given what is known so in reality I expect some volatility for next week if we list tomorrow.

Your view on the 30% is correct and in my view that gets added back almost straight away.

I might try to grab some below 1p if the opportunity arises.

Would be nice to get out of sept with a number starting in a 2 in my view.

Only reason would be if the FCA have not done the admin side of it, I would like to think it will list tomorrow but equally I would not be hugely shocked if it was listed Tuesday / Wednesday but if I was a betting man (which I am hence on LSE lol) I would say tomorrow.

I did not buy any on the announcement day mainly due to the fact I have acquired a lot more in the week prior when we were floating around 1p. This raised my average but was happy to do so.

Then on the announcement I was still happy to hold because I can read an RNA. I thought about adding but GST was a good holding for me in the portfolio and did not want to raise it more.

My suspicion is open in and around 1p, then who knows other than I expect some volatility for a couple of weeks would be my guess.

Either way we relist, and we move on, and to me seems some very positive aspects tucked away in the results.

Will need to digest but doubling of revenue and saying they expect significant growth in the new year, whilst being 6 months through it is good to me as a start.

Not seen that before in that format, so seems they are probably updating elements and testing, hence some generic data inputs

Auditor time won’t be solely based on size of company it will be based on type of business and jurisdiction.

We are not in 1 country selling a widget where the auditor is looking at scrap rates, selling, warranty etc, they are looking at multi jurisdictions and money flows so I would say GST is potentially on a more complex side of life but who knows.

My view is still the golden period to start to look out for news is next week till end of Sept, based on nothing more than my opinion.
