GEO in my opinion will now generally move up till drilling results, by which point it won’t be in the 0.2’s lol.

On the results it will then shoot up significantly, or drop significantly.

If it shoots up then finance will be needed and at that point I guess a decent chunk of funds will be needed to firm up a find.

Either way if a discovery is found this rerates, while it rerates upto drilling / drilling results as well

NuckyT, time will tell, currently I will go with what the BOD tell us in an RNA, if we are still here in Nov, I might start to think of my own theories. My assumption with the change is end of August / start of Sept is early and late Sept might be likely but we will see.

To currently be suggesting tomorrow is likely for the accounts, or the new company has had enough time to sort them for publishing is nonsense, regards of why people think we are here.

Like I said the accounts could show, 0 revenue, 100m expenses, and 0 assets and we would still get published accounts saying the usual going concern nonsense. However we have been told they believe we had 4.2m in cash at end of March, and we raised circa 1.75m July so that ain’t happening.

Either way to suggest the accounts should be finished after the new auditors where introduced next week is fantasy land, hence you view is just wrong.

Like I said first you can question why and come up with a view you feel is right or just go by the RNA, that’s your choice.

Blimey, I assume you don’t read RNA messages before commenting. Just go and read them it will prevent you saying things that make no sense in the real world.

If the company is still the same in November, maybe your assumption starts to make more sense.

I hardly ever post on here, given there is no point as some time ago there was just a massive argument between GGP vs GEO by a few.

At the time I said short term GEO has much more potential for a SP increase than GGP and so far that is correct.

As soon as this hit 0.12-0.13 I got a load and will keep them till post drilling now, which will be higher than today.

GGP is also a good longer term investment and I remain invested there, but short term GEO is a good opportunity. Can’t wait to see what happens in the next 10 weeks here.

I would be more worried if I felt the need to drop on a BB that was in suspension to write such nonsense significantly after the suspension occurred and provide such a statement, but if it makes you happy who am I to agrue, have fun 👍

Wow the share still draws a lot of green boxes, when it’s suspended. Surely people have better things to do than no doubt criticising a company and some of its investors when it’s suspended.

That said I can’t read the majority so maybe it’s detailed research demonstrating the peril we are in, as opposed to more pointless 1 liners, or if I know 1 green box a few paragraphs saying nothing.

I would suggest everyone just comes back when news of results / relisting are out.

Remember GST can relist, even if the results are utter dreadful, so anyone telling you they know it won’t relist is guessing and assuming the worst outcome, which is beyond unlikely but nothing is impossible. Although not relisting would be about as close to impossible as you can get.

Yes results will provide a lot of info as that is historically what they have done 👍

By the way I caveat that with the data is no doubt poor and currently I don’t fully understand how BAKE/GS20 are integrated as it could be BAKE is a front end (for private investors) and assets are stored on GS20 platform, but that is outside of my knowledge.

I am in a few that are 50-80% up currently but only went in with £3k as they move alot and can disappoint as much as they can delight, but they should be in the delight phase so doing well so far.

I still maintain GST will be my biggest winner for years and still maintain that 2025 can be a great year for us, just this hurdle to jump over, but could mean the forward looking statement for the next Half year can be more precise so let’s see what happens when we get the accounts.

BTC treasury should have nothing to do with the recent news on auditor for the recent year ending period as the treasury is subsequent to that, hence the wording in the RNA probably gives the answer and I have pointed out the key words a couple of times. Obviously does not mean I am right but by assuming the RNA is truthful and correct I am more likely on the right path.

Exactly, imagine the new auditors (who appear to be a significant company) find the accounts are a sh&t show after the previous auditor and GST said they are in good and proper order. That would be the quickest way for anyone to lose their reputation.

My simplistic approach is if their were material issues in accounts that had been discovered by MKS it would have had to be in the change RNA, where as everyone agreed it is all in good and proper order.

I suspect they will all want this resolved prior to dates Billy has mentioned for very good reasons.

If I was the BOD I would release news on what is/has happened with the BTC side as they asked retail, and others, for a decide amount of cash 3 weeks before going into suspension for not filing accounts so although they don’t need to do that I would personally do it to provide some additional transparency.

So put it simply, whether the risk profile decision is based on experience, understanding, knowledge, complexity is irrelevant and GROK, certainly does not know so best go by what a company tells you based on the fact MKS would know the statement in advance and there is a new auditor who is not a back street guy from a pub.

Sandgrounded, you won’t have a reply. In no world, or parallel world does GST mention an auditor by name and say it’s all fine without them knowing.

In fact if MKS had left GST due to finding issues then GST would have to disclose and they fully advised all is ok hence that is MKS view
