My summary of the accounts were exactly that the interims are needed to fill the blanks. YoY growth was up 91% with missing revenue and the costs were up based on taking on the costs on new ventures but none of the benefits.

Enki, the reply I had received on AGM was notice of It was expected in October, and certainly not breaking any confidentiality sharing that lol.

Looks like some pre-market is showing a higher ask than typical so let’s see if that transpires into a positive day, because once the bell goes they can only deal with the trades requested.

I can however confirm they did seem to want some volume sales yesterday.

Sunny side, that’s why I have said a few times like it or not the interims will be important as it can fill in blanks.

They already said they expected significant growth in the next period and the fact the results were released almost at the end of the next period you would think they know.

If the interims prove what’s suggested in the year end results then that will dot some i’s and cross some t’s.

Think ourselves lucky that GST is so bad that 5-6 non investors or low qty investors frequent the BB daily to explain the issues to us all and check there are no updates and progress. Whilst advising GST needs profit of £100m a year to be valued at a market cap of £115-160m and advising a company that has YoY growth is going to be worth 0 soon.

The next 3-6 months will help put a time line on potential success, and that time line will no doubt dictate if some stay or some move on.

Well mms don’t take large qtys to hold on their books, so at that level it’s likely to be a pass through to a known buyer and at the moment they are doing alright on the spread that’s for sure, although in GST I have so little faith in the published bid, mid, and ask as it’s typically accidentally incorrect, although last week or so it’s been pretty good.

The talk in here is almost a carbon copy before every big rise in GST. The BOD don’t engage in PR, seems they never have and never will so that’s the end of that one.

Next few RNAs are the key, and interims join a lot of dots with the year end results so they are going to be very interesting.

The lack of info is the issue, my expectation on the BOD is wanting to support the company after suspension has not been met.

However fundamentally not much has changed but without support from the BOD the SP will be what it will be.

I would assume we are where we are, as larger retail holders are derisking, which is perfectly ok and possibly sensible but time will tell, I have not and will not yet but my expectations need to be met sooner rather than later.

If there are no further updates the interims answer all my questions in conjunction with the recent accounts but would be disappointing to wait that long.

Telling me they have spent circa 50% of the placing money on a placing I did not want, after telling me they were going to use their own funds is not the communications I was expecting after a suspension

Sparky, for me no specific questions, I think just a general questions about why the reluctance to engage in PR. When the RNA’s were always positive PR was not as necessary but a poor (my opinion) placing for BTC, arbitration, lack of results, and then results not quite as expected PR is necessary in my opinion

I assume we get an AGM RNA tomorrow or gave I got my timings wrong?

Well if they make it to mid tier status anyone invested now will certainly do ok 😂

Historically that’s been a good sign by the way, as it normally follows with replying that the RNA answered my points, but no idea if history repeats or not.

The fact you can sell at 11% higher than the advertised bid tells you all that’s needed to be known.

Going to be a very interesting reaction to the presentation, if it is good, and even more interesting reaction on the deals if/when they hit.

You get the feeling based on trading that everyone is buying and holding hence the reaction in the SP, there is very little trading I suspect.

Sentiment was always going to be low based on company getting itself suspended and producing results late so I expected a PR phase but to date not happened.

I am not remotely worried about my investment and value it will realise but Ant as you suggest my expectation was for 2025 to be the break out year, but unless there is a huge turn around it will be further down the line. That said if sentiment is changed based on BOD progress then 2025 could be very good from these levels

I actually have a further decent amount on the side lines for GST, because a slight change of sentiment brings a quick correction in my view, but I am only putting it in after the change as I have enough here to benefit anyway.

Ball is BOD court now, and the lack of positive PR after the suspension has frustrated me as it’s not what I would have done, but the concept is sound, the pillars are capable of supplying YoY increased revenue so I remain happy to be invested, just need some BOD input.

You can thank Billy for me poking my head above the parapet lol, but it’s obvious that movements from this point onwards could be swift (being balanced you could say in either direction) as it kind of feels from the trading patterns that the markets want it higher but people are sure what to build in prior to any confirmations. Will be interesting to see what details are discussed later as that could help provide some more clarity to build in, in advance.

Good luck squirrel the only one of them I am in is GEO but got in low as I had been in and out of it in the past so sitting there on a decent % profit.

GST will recover but needs help out from the BOD and it would seem there is not much appetite for giving out any news that counters the negative sentiment the share has managed to collect since the suspension. I see now to Xmas as critical and if they go into the AGM, with nothing new on the update from they will further support the sentiment so let’s see if they decide to do something.

Well it thought it would take till of Sept to get the chaos of relisting out of the way and I think we can certainly conclude that circa £18k of dealing today in total means the chaos has gone.

Let’s see if the BOD have decided a little PR offensive is needed or they continue with the silence.

Certainly glad I have a portfolio with other stocks doing interesting things to keep the amusement going that’s for sure
