NuckyT, there in lies the issue if there was any positive news buying 10m would be u likely, all about risk reward and at a SP which generates a market cap at / around asset value that’s why it’s here, me I am buying and increasing my holding slowly at these levels as the risk reward is in my favour imo, for GST to get to 0.2p it would need an RNA that tells you no revenue is coming in, asset value is halved on the accounts, and they are looking to wind it up or place for working capital only.

Time will always tell but at these levels averaging down is complete no brainer for me and like I said I have doubled my holding in recent times and will continue to do so.

Maybe I am lucky that I can put money into this based on the risk reward and ultimately not cry if it did not work out.

Chaebol, you do realise you can use your online broker to get buy and sell quotes and if your quoted it means you can make that transaction if you want.

For some reason someone just accepted 0.35 when I can sell multi millions for 0.3604 and 200k at 0.3755.

Can you clarify what “spend vast amounts of cash” on mica alignment actually means Chaebol. There was nothing to indicate in previous accounts that comment holds any water at all, and I suspect since there has been no raise since then that also shows that as nonsense.

Yes what possible reasons can there be to invest in a company that is valued at this market cap, when its assets are shown in audited accounts, the company has revenue, and the run way for cash looked fine at last publication.

Quoted sells were at 150k early and it’s now 5m so there is demand for sales, at low SP unsurprisingly.

ai is more dangerous because if you lead with a directionally biased question you get biased outputs.

nothing about gst requires ai analysis currently as the legal case is relatively simple and it’s on 1 aspect of 1 pillar of gst.

Super mouse, when in a legal process the KC’s typically give you a % chance of winning the case. If one side has a higher chance than the other then that’s when an agreement is made.

GST and the other party can have their opinion on who wins but the process will give both parties their chance of success in the initial stages.

To suggest there will be no agreement, when most cases end in an agreement before court is slightly confusing and factually wrong as a % chance.

Could be an interesting few sessions maybe let’s see, from the lack of volume and the small upward increases in quoted buys it’s either bottomed or the mm’s are at least happy to quote higher prices after each small trade. Yesterday and today buys were showing as sells, but that’s on the cusp of changing.

My guess if you asked me would be the filing / paperwork to get to the stage where a negotiation is realistic might be £50-100k as we are talking about a single clause in a contract and not a multi party claim etc.

The agreed settlement figure would then be just slightly above the suggested arbitration figure in my view.

Refusal to agree at arbitration to the offer on the table is more a stalling tactic in my personal view as arbitration has sort of suggested there was a good requirement to give GST som

How do they fund a legal claim? Issuing proceedings against someone with the relevant KC’s (when in U.K.) involved and getting to the stage where court action is real, and the defendants have to treat it as such is not huge amounts of money. I know because I am involved with a case in the U.K. now.

The question that should be asked is how do individuals defend they case, and more importantly at this stage where there is confirmation that you are not joking about going to court, the majority of cases settle, look up the %’s yourself.

Yes it takes time, so my assumption is this aspect of the Semnet situation might settle in 6-12 months or if going the full way 12-24 months?

The case in reality is also simple (for both sides) as you are discussing a clause in a contract and how that’s been breached so again we are not talking decades of investigation etc, of which 90% would have been done at arbitration stage.

Just sit back and see if GST confirm anything else about the many areas of the business that are nothing to do with a historical issue on Semnet. Heck next week Semnet might even get new contracts and that’s just 1 small area of GST. What’s Angra doing? BAKE? Stable coins? License applications, South america expansion etc.

Just chill the drop is over done it will move back up and the next news once again selects the SP direction.
