Fully diluted it’ll be 20b but that only fully exercises above a share price of 0.75p for at least 30 days or so.

Both EG and CMS being paid in shares at an agreed price so you don’t have to be a mathematician to work it out.

Roughly 6.3b shares dilution coupled with the 10.7b already in issue, so circa 17b plus any further monies they raise for working capital etc which let’s be honest will be obvious given it’s easier to peddle cash from investors than make it yourself.

How much at what price is anyones guess, City saying 0.5 which is a random number to pull out the air…

Back to MOS, looking forward to the relist in the near future. Given the nature of the RTO, MOS are effectively relisting as a new entity so what has gone on prior, including the valuation dont count for much now and as some have suggested, a new broker note has been developed which will hopefully add to the sentiment and with the enlarged group now including CMS and its Estadio brand, hopefully some progress on licensing Mobile Gaming, a new and improved EG platform (potential expansion of this outside of Mexico aswell?) and with the world cup/eyes of the world on the horizon in the area I would expect many tier 1 advertisers to be scrambling for space on the various integrated MOS sites all boding well for a cracking short and medium term for MOS shareholders.

Regarding the RNS being waffle; A meeting with all parties was always planned for the end of August and based on the RNS it would suggest this is still on plan so definitely not dragging it out.

You could look at previous management failings or you could research the recent additions such as Paolo Fidanza, Stefano Loretti, John Barker and why all three have taken positions within the MOS group and substantial personal holdings. Or why WAT and the Upmost have also all taken substantial holdings since the announcement of BET/EG.

I would much rather discuss the current and future potential of the group rather than sift through the constant berating of each other and the past of MOS., afterall this is AIM and the shape of Cos can change dramatically overnight.

since mos were suspended pending the rto i have switched off from the day to day but having checked up today i am really struggling with some on here.

certain individuals post daily/weekly for a number of months and even years about mos yet still don’t know their **** from their elbow.

for instance, how is capital media sports and estadio gana the same thing? haha

honestly i don’t even know where to begin with that argument, if that’s what you can call it.

then we have trying to set a seed of doubt about “main issues” causing a “delay” due to justifying egs valuation.

does anyone understand the complexities around a rto of a foreign business? suspect not.

regarding this business, the wider macro economics of the latam gambling, igaming market, the fact eg took the last available licence, the potential impact that a global mobile gaming platform could have on advertising and playing revenues, the existing advertising potential for eg through cms being a top 3 publisher in mexico now.

upon the rto mos will be operating in a different environment imo.
