Plenty, and I mean plenty do not notify companies until much later if at all. Most aren't even aware they have an obligation to. In particular if they are foreign investors.

A considerable amount of PIs have request to exercise their warrants so rather than release an RNS every month they’ve pre announced a block listing like quite a few listed companies do.

Not to mention there is no headroom for a raise so the market would need to be notified of an EGM/AGM firstly and then seek shareholder approval for the increase headroom and then raise.

Counted over 800m in the last 10 sessions alone not to mention a similar amount at the end of August/beginning of September.

It’s an educated guess given the share price has risen 7 fold in 5 weeks.

Wouldn’t happen if there wasn’t a large percentage of buys.

Maybe not finished buying yet.

Maybe not notified the company yet.

Would expect to see something at some point though obviously as this is evidently a large buyer.

In short, there has been a significant buyer of the stock which has been ongoing for over 5 weeks now.

Trust some guy who the US and Singaporean government have relied upon and sold his life’s work for 13% upfront of its value or some idiot behind a false name on the internet?
