RE: Musings24 Oct 2019 00:01
It amuses me how quickly investors lose faith, for some it’s less than a week, the reasons for buying any shares in a company should be based on its prospects, if the prospects haven’t changed, then why sell? the share price moves around from day to day, without news, without reason, but that’s just noise, since the new management team took over, the MTL share price is moving higher with each quarter, it’s consolidating, the reason it’s moving higher is because the company prospects have improved with each quarter, production has increased, gold has gained value and efficiency has improved, we haven’t borrowed any more cash, we haven’t diluted the share number total, we have started major repairs and servicing, hired experts to solve efficiency issues, these are facts and are a very positive slant on the companies position, so what are the negatives? the banks and major shareholders have yet to agree to the new repayment terms of the outstanding debts, of which is costing about $1 million dollars interest every month, efficiency is still along way from name plate design, both are facts, so that’s where we stand, if I was giving the company a grade today, it would be a C but bear in mind last year it was a definite E, we have improved overall potential vastly, so why would you sell at a loss? those selling at a profit, fair play, those selling at a loss when the fundamentals have improved and are more likely to improve further, should ask if their emotions are failing them more than the company, Q3 results are to be released this week or next week at the latest, surely, they are worth waiting for before giving up, I’m in the camp that we have progressed again, and at some point, in the next 12 months we will be in a infinitely better position than today, with a share price to reflect that, patience guys
