TLW - don't invest more than you are comfortable tying up for years on end, don't be shy with selling when you get a bit of a gain (it WILL Drop again)) and don't be thinking it'll go bankrupt whenever it drops as oil spikes.

@Monopolyman Price of oil has dipped on the day. Also 36p is still a decent return if you invested in the late 27 - 32p regions so some folks might think as it's having trouble breaking 37p then take their gains and

@jayroz I'd leave it for a bit. US interest rate decision is 1 May. Sentiment is reported as being against rate cut so that'll push us down.

@seakingalpha Not sure what triggered the speech , but the share price is dropping still. You'll note I didn't comment on long term prospects.

@JMAX Agreed. That's why I like this and Centamin (gold miner). It's a lot easier (and I use that word in a very very loose way) predicting 5% swings on oil and gold than waiting for someone to have lunch with the right man in Nairobi.

This is what I enjoy about shares, moments like this when you have to make a call and the tension is palpable.

I sold at 35p after making 10%. I just don't think there's any obvious prospect of good news yet and oil looks to be running out of...erm....gas.

Could be wrong could be right, but what can you do?

@Monopolyman Complete opposite here. I've sold at 35p expecting a dip back down in oil and a retrace back to maybe 30p for TWM. One of us will be happy :)
