Maybe having spent 28 years working with medics/NHS managers makes me cautious. The company 'discovers' drugs which 'maybe' delay the consequences of cancers. It then grants licenses to another company (which itself is not impressing its share holders) to produce/exploit. The NHS will not fund a delay in the death of lung cancer of some 5 months. If it was my decision I would not and I smoke 2 packs a day. Smokers are at the end of the NHS food chain. I am sure they mean well...but short of finding a cure or a very significnat delay in the onset of serious symptoms I will watch from the comfort of the oil/gold fields.

Celtic Resources yesterday rejected Severstal's 220 pence per share offer, saying that it "significantly undervalues" the company and its prospects.
