MFU - yes RC is a 70/30 JV as you say. I suppose it still niggles a bit that our MRE (3.4m AU + 0.8m gold equivalent from Cu) was lower than I had expected, but all will be good in the long run for Havieron.

MFU - do we think that if Havieron had been 100% owned by Newcrest then the MRE would have been higher? The ultimate size of Havieron will all be revealed in due course and our grades are much better than at Red Chris.

Interesting timing from an internal review - I wonder what other back catalogue info is being looked at from other projects.

Greatland's drill campaign at Meadows area extends zones of gold mineralisation

Greatland Gold plc (LON:GGP), the precious and base metals exploration and development Company, announces that it has extended the zones of gold mineralisation at the Meadows area of its 100% owned Ernest Giles project in Western Australia, following a recent drilling campaign.

Meadows Drilling Campaign Highlights

· Extension of two previously identified large zones of gold mineralisation, including the Western Zone which has been extended to a strike length of approximately 6.2km and remains open to the north, and the Eastern Zone with an extended strike length of approximately 2.5km;

· Broad zones of consistently anomalous gold were apparent in many holes for up to 40m metres;

· Twelve of the twenty-five holes drilled returned anomalous gold (over 10ppb) in Archean basement, with highest individual result of 4m at 0.2g/t gold from 232m (ERC061);

· Results confirm and reinforce those from previous drill campaigns at Meadows with many holes displaying obvious signs of mineralisation including disseminated sulphides, quartz veining, and alteration including chlorite and epidote.

Drilling has reached 1,340 feet now, that's another 90 feet since the ASX announcement this morning. All going to plan atm.

Grumpy - great stuff! With all this hype it is the sensible thing to do

well 88e have given info back to ASX but it hasn't stopped the speculation.

"As announced on 11 March 2021, the Company has recently commenced drilling of the
Merlin-1 exploration well in the NPR-A region of the North Slope of Alaska. Drilling operations
are proceeding according to plan with the well currently drilling ahead at 1,250 feet. Once the
well has been deepened to 1,500 feet, casing will be installed and the Blow Out Preventer
system tested, which is estimated to be completed by 21st March 2021. The well will then be
drilled through the target horizons in the Nanushuk Formation to a maximum total depth of
6,000’. Logging while drilling and mudlogging will provide initial indications as to the
prospectivity of the well during this part of the operation, which is expected take three to five
days. A sophisticated wireline logging suite will then be run, including sidewall cores and
downhole sampling. Wireline logging is expected to take five to seven days.
The Company also notes that there is a high impact well, Talitha-A, that is currently being
tested on acreage adjacent to its Project Icewine, located on the Central North Slope of Alaska."
