Despite the very big distraction over the next few days, TSCO should benefit from the increased footfall with Valentines. Their dine in for two meals have had great reviews that should pull in the punters. I will plan in advance and treat the current Mrs leas tomorrow and avoid the Fred Karno's that will unfold at the big four over the weekend.

difficult to make comparisons. Some did it with VOD yet the fundamentals were different not to mention a totally different sector. RBS did a share consolidation as the sp was dropping almost to the penny share category. Not only that, it was an embarrassment to the BoDs so it gave them a little credibility. If they didn't have a consolidation then during this pandemic the sp would have been 9p. TSCO are not a distressed company.

EPS improved too with less shares in circulation. Just a thought in relation to institutions. Schroders are moving out of MRW but there has been no holdings RNS from TSCO. You can only assume they are content with their investment here. Surely, if this SD was unfavourable to them you would have expected the opposite. Especially when MRW have slightly increased market share.

Just a thought but how many investors have sold to avoid any tax obligations and intend buying back Monday. Trading should be interesting on Friday and Monday.

Personally I am looking beyond SD. My average is 225 and happy to have a cushion that protects my capital. If the sp dipped below 240 then I would be tempted to average up.
However, above that then my cushion is not as ‘plump’
It does not mean I don’t expect the sp to rise above 250, in fact I can see it getting closer to the broker targets.
Each to their own and of course their own personal circumstances.

Not so sure that is true. They have to vote on it first. You have to be on the register by the close tomorrow.

All the very best. I was waiting fir the sp to fall back to the 10s before buying. Thankfully the RNS dropped so it saved me having to make the decision.
I actually thought the delay was down to a NDC for a discussion on a takeover but not agreeing the trial design was not expected.
Fwiw, I do think Lupuzor will come to the market. The safety record and crossover possibilities are too compelling to be ignored. The gamble is who holds the rights to profit from it.
By the way, contrary to some posters view, IMM is not a one trick pony. However, they have to start realising shareholders need to be recognised and not being thought of as a distraction from the science.
I have followed the journey of this company since 2007 and it has served me well but the focus has to be shifted away from the arrogance and egos of a select few board members.

2m trade at 246.1 logged as a sell. Again on or close to the day’s high. Pi’s being played. Kicking myself for not adding more last Friday waiting for it to go sun 240.
I’m sure a few here are still undecided what to do as the window closes for the XSD but whatever you decide wish you all the very best with your decision.

Totally agree but the sp swung towards the risk rather than the reward range. I think it will drift lower until the trial design is agreed. Only guessing that the price will return to yesterday’s range if and when positive news arrives.

she did say 2 million and was going to buy more. However, when I looked at the trades it would never support her buying claim. Surprised not to see any posts from her as she was very positive and thought the SPA was nailed on.
No doubt surface under another bb name. They cannot resist reinventing themselves.

Feeling your pain. I know you were balls deep here. I’m sure you will make up for your loss elsewhere. Surprised eva has not made an appearance and hope she gives you the heads up if she decides to sell.

Clear example of having their own interests at heart. Not happy with the free awarded shares. Although I suspect her dividend tax is more than 7.5%

Sell and buy back on the hope it falls further if you want to see it through to a profit. Wouldn’t risk trying to average down by buying in lower. Or just take the hit.

I would have thought those regular posters who keep updating the bb on their large multi million holdings would have graced us with their thoughts.
I hope novice investors didn’t get taken in by their confidence.

Must be continuing to sell. Defies logic. Only one of the big four to increase its market share and the price has fallen since the Christmas trading update.
This and TSCO look very cheap and both being manipulated despite the fundamentals. Timing everything if you’re looking at buying here. Should bounce back to the £2 range when Schroders stop reducing.
