I agree but that was back in December 2020. Over a year ago now. The other director sells were at a price double of the close yesterday. That said, any investor would be a fool to invest on the hope of a t/o rather than the fundamentals but consolidation is occurring in the PGM producers.
Personally I would prefer to see growth from this level which should see better returns for the investor in the longer term

The presentation this afternoon should be interesting. Certainly give investors and analysts a good insight on future direction. You never know it may be a catalyst for a rerating from some brokers.

No surprises. Good set of results. Hopefully the sp will rise from here and should get a further boost in the September Presentation. Makes the current MC look very much undervalued but I suppose it's the wider market for PM that has skewed a lot of companies valuations in the mining sector.

Hopefully both will be in our favour tomorrow. Maybe too much to ask for a reversal of the current trend as we move into September and the REM presentation.
Fingers crossed for tomorrow and sentiment doesn’t get in the way of a good set of results.

I am aware of timeframes for the P3 study but I am discussing the lead up to that. As you are well aware, this is not 1991 when investors backed growing companies and were more patient with their investments.
This is 2021 where the investor is looking for a quick turnaround.
Won’t post on the bb for a few weeks and will hold my hands up and admit I got it wrong.
I know this company inside and out in relation to IR and I know Tim and Lisa will not be in any rush to put out any news that will calm investor frustrations.

Difficult to see anything positive now in the near term to keep the sp above the current level. I think investors know that they can take out their investment and come back to buy in cheaper.

You are right. Timescale for me after today's news is nearer 3 years. The recruitment process is just as important as the trial. They cannot afford to get it wrong this time.

TM raised funds prior to the readout of the last P3 trial of Lupuzor. Probably saved the company. I expect he will do the same this time in case the trial with their partners doesn't get over the line. 2023 from memory is when the money runs out but they would be foolish to wait until then.

The FDA are a government funded body and publish their results. From the last P3 trial it was 24hrs
Fwiw, my view is Avion can drag their feet and snap up IMM on the cheap.
However, whatever your view the trial cannot be buried and would be corrupt to do so.

Likewise, bought on Monday. Not concerned as I knew it’s on a downward trend but that will reverse. Algo trades dictating the direction. I also see it as undervalued so patience is the key.
Have some dry powder should I need a top up :)

Some great posts from SK and Nonplus. I think the last P3 trial for Lupuzor brought up some interesting results and in my opinion a success. The proportion of recruits was skewed making evaluation difficult because many had no previous access to medical care due to poverty. Secondly the expectation was set too high as the SLEDAI is to a certain extent open to interpretation.
Hopefully IMMs partner wil have a much better design submitted giving them an advantage now that those errors highlighted.
In respect of Benlysta, Lupuzor beats it hands down on safety. They just need to convince the FDA. ‘ Benefits have to outweigh the risks’
They had no problem with C19 :)
