Possibly validated by the brief move up in the bid to 2.30 For some a long term hold-dependant on the KPI growth factors being met or as research indicates more than likely exceeded but what do I know.lol

The late publishing of the YE results is strange as it makes me wonder what else has or is happening apart from the obvious unless revised figures are to be presented.

At some point as the pic market builds majors will be looking to get involved-we are growing but nowhere near powerful enough to start eating the completion- All speculative food for thought.

FWIW my thinking is the recent fund raising was good 😊 How ever it is looked at,it was needed,should see us through to break even-they have increased sales force,no doubt they have been given their expected KPIs. Tempted to pick bup a few more, no real concern even if sp goes lower-it usually does after dilution. Still reasonable SII.

TBH I view it as a term hold based on research and forecasts so the daily sp is not a concern becomes more interesting when the quarterly KPIs are due. Overall I expect the percentage forecasts to be bettered even though they are high. One consideration for that thinking is we are a world wide broad based operation dealing with differing economic outlooks in a fast moving market which is causal to the demise of 'flat media viewing '

As far as can be assessed listing could happen on the German exchange, -in the interim results are expected from a major complaint made against the various concerns engaged in delaying the London listing -I don't know but expect major damages will be sought if the complaint is upheld. If listed in Germany or other exchange then the euro regulations allow for reciprocal listings arrangements to be made. A lot is happening - as to how soon before listing,no idea.I have in mind 12 weeks but what do I know,it's all been said before. I don't know enough about him to make any such judgement about his failure or otherwise nor do I know anything about his income except when parachuted aboard not often paid in cash but shares so he may have lost as well. So I cannot make the apparently unfounded comment you have. Better to be polite after yesterday's High Court judgement about allegations on media platforms as a thing published remains on record and can be used to show intent.

I think most directors who sit on a number of boards have a company or two go bust-at least it's there to be seen. Back to increasing public investor awareness of the company -A note could be added to the end of each contract about Booms shares etc.,as they do on an RNS if they all bought it would be interesting for the sp-some 10000 plus extra shareholders.
