Difficult to define as it has lots to do with self development NLP Is linguistics which follows various words that are written or said to decipher what is actually meant best I can suggest - e.g if asked would you like Tea or Coffee - NLP indicates because Tea was offered before Coffee their is a possible subconscious emphasis placed on T so T is the preference for the offer.Then some people talk in terms of getting the picture so NLP works out how they see the world Etc., AI in conjunction withNLP works with lots of Algorithms involved sorting out the best scenarios from received info.,for advertisers etc., Seems the SONR acquisition was coming as BOOM was involved in its development and as far as can be seen is already working in cost savings platform as they no longer have to buy in the services given . Then we have cash in hand figure-from that can seen recent expenditure rates to include NY office-we do not know what income was available to reduce net., outflow. Now they indicate more fund raising is in place as and when required -my take on that is further satellite expansion(just look at a US night map to see densest areas of population which is where they will probably go.) As for the increase in the SII not a problem as potential demand will lock up many shares. Also reading all the info given expansion will be taking place at a faster rate than previously thought-so in my view KPIs exceeding expectations . Not sure about too much emphasis on profit as the NY office has been created for the furtherance of continuous growth of the B2B base each additional starts a many multiple chain of PCs fwhich drives income growth Assuming NY office growth is successful I can see further outreach growth with satellite offices,if i am right them we can certainly expect a need for further funding to be announced in one format or another's. It can be safely assumed COO has built this growth cost into his financial requirements? Interesting considerations will be the strength and speed of income growth over an increasing expenditure rate-fortunately we have effectively zero debt which is why we may not necessarily reach out to shareholders for funding although if the growth rate continues the number of SII could be looked on as too small to meet II potential II demand-imagine the problems that could create for the sp-it would be squeezed higher and higher . The general view appears to be very enthusiastic concerning Booms future based on expectations of super growth exceeding last years astonishing 511%+.growth I am waiting to read the expected March RNS for the latest updates on KPIs which will point the sp in the right direction assuming expectations are not disappointing

A number of posters have indicated substantial holdings with reasonable short term expectations of sp performances by YE., I think most watchers are expecting good KPI news within the YE figures as Ps says could be sp mover.so many more may step aboard. I make the assumption that the growth rate for B2B continues to expand at an ever increasing rate based on the near 10% response to adverts from the pcs. If it does the forecasts will be broken although ongoing business creates increasing expenditure over income in the short term so funding may be required not necessarily by dilution. Plus there is the reasonable chance of income outstripping expenditure earlier than expected. Just my thing based on available info. Worth reading the RNS and COO blogs.

Sad to say the catch is growth-what was it 511% over the last year and we are expecting to multiply that this year - by growth in the region of 35% not by the year but by quarter on quarter ! Who would believe it nah not true. So I won't buy any more as my holding is substantial anyway- yea right - will seriously step in again once we get KPI news in a few weeks time. Information is there will be no US listing any time soon probably because of the cost and extra world wide earnings tax demands placed on companies by the US IRS Tax regulations. I think BOD is expecting considerable CAP growth based on forecast being exceeded.so it is reasonable to expect decent KPI news in the coming EoY RNS sometime in March. It will be interesting to see how the sp reacts -will it be down because of the loss-which may already be factored in -or up on great KPI info or neutral?

The figures released by AB are there to be seen,-speak with various bods at the company $ 5.4 million pencilled in a nbd a million of that was prebooked by the YE 2016. They do not have to shout about anything they just get on doing the business of beating the expected KPI numbers- good enough for most investing here as demonstrated by the regularity of buys outweighing sells

I do not disagree but that $20 was from a discussion some time ago concerning American values for modern tech companies that can demonstrate take off potential -personally I am also targeting between 8p an 10 p ps. Within the next 6 to eight months based on all available information-specifically if the $5.4. forcast is shown to be on track especially with the prebooked starter million to Q1-so by the end of Q1 we should have close to another million moving forward into Q2- COO note is worth reading several times over. There is of course the expected loss for 2016 to get past-if our growth is progressing then I would think growth information would put the loss firmly into the background

If income seriously exceeds forecast,then it is reasonable to assume bigger fish in the pond may view BOOM as a tasty morsel- offering a price (taking into account future revenue growth) in the region of $20 plus per share all highly speculative From Robs past comments I think it is clear he expects to be approached at some time.

I am often surprised by the naivity of some apparent investors-this is a a fast expanding and developing company-so obviously money is required. The SIA are comparatively small. One of the few companies around with serious potential for sp lift off.

Every thing is possible including a placing - surely naive to think otherwise. The company is forecast as growing at a tremendous rate although looking at the figures for the pat year and the on going projections including the recent brief numbers forecast note based on past years performance there will be other options available Meanwhile the sp is sitting within a range easily broken on good continued performance news.
