Is all this oil infrastructure being blown up good for business?

There are obviously opportunities/possibilities, but how does that value the company at 50m?

I don't what to make of this any more. The monthly updates stopped, the immanent PSC seems have evaporated and now there are new opportunities.

I can only think the £2.30 offer wasn't accepted as they knew the due diligence would expose the truth and the offer would collapse together with the share price.

From the RNS 8502Y "...Following publication of the Audited Accounts and the H1 2025 Interim Results, and at least 14 days prior to the Meetings...." , so unless it slips even further (which would involve moving both the Court and General Meetings) I think we should have accounts by 29/10/25.

No need to vote until 6 November. Let's hope for accounts b4 then. If not maybe Noel Edmonds will turn up with a red telephone.

What I don't get is, how is it the accounts are taking so long to publish when the insiders seem confident of the numbers?

Actually, a special resolution will need 75%?

@coffeepot Very tempting. Trouble is with the group controlling 70% they will find a way to extract the value for themselves.............

Presumably the resolution just needs a majority votes, so we've be screwed.
