You may see it that way. I see it as the BOD spooked investors and halved the market value of the business overnight with a badly thought out move to de-list.

@TerrorWit How many unlisted companies to do you have shares in? I have a few and whilst there is no longer market sensitive information etc, so in theory more can be shared, my experience is the opposite and your protections are gone. Unless the company has a sound and co-operative companysecretary and accountants be prepared to bring a court case when they try to screw you over or walk way with nothing.

If the BOD really care about value in the market and not some other motive then a share buyback would be the way to go.

@TerrorWit.....of course the MCAP won't exist once unlisted, so the market under valuation doesn't stack up for de-listing; It actually supports the fact shareholders are getting a bad deal. Anyone with sense will vote against.

Maybe the board see the growing weight for against and are desperate.
