It wouldn't. BMN is on SETSqx, which tends to RSPs deciding the price. There have been many order book trades outside of the RSP indicative prices of late. On full SETS the RSPs partake in the order book like anyone else (with DMA) which should lead to a price closer resembling the value, but it requires some liquidity to work and many brokers are more than happy with the RSP model as it makes them more money on the back of treating retail investors as needing them, which often they don't and if they do then they ought to buy funds.
