Conspiracy theories on a post card to L.S.E.
BIGJOCK36.
Like you I am in ODX, SNG & TILS..
TILS: Until recently I was over 50% down, I made the error of buying at the wrong time but I have not lost faith and the momentum in recent days has proven that even when TILS went all the way down to 75p before Christmas I held firm..as I believed in what TILS was doing.
SNG: In June/ July 20 I bought a massive chunk of shares at 33/34p and on Friday before Manic Monday, one of the SNG holders sold out an enormous chunk of their shares..I was buying this so-called influential holder was selling..only on 20th July to witness the 550% rise in under 5 hours...It was a sight to behold and watching the value of my holdings rising faster than you can earn it, is evidence, all in ODX need to be patient. SNG recently fell to earth like ODX has but since Monday as started its climb back.
ODX: We all know the deal here and the recent share falls are because volumes are just so low, most holders here are sitting on their hands waiting like you and me.However, we all know what is coming, it is we do not know when. Anyone thinking of selling as they cannot wait any longer for-profits needs to consider the fact, if you are still holding today, why not wait until you get the news of sales, orders; sell then, as you might just be surprised what a little forbearance will do for you and your wellbeing and family. substantial, profitable businesses are not made overnight and in Colin I believe we have a CEO we can rely on. Give him more time, you will only spend your money from ODX on another share.LP
Merchantbanker.. Beautifully summed up, and at current prices, we are being handed the opportunity to buy £5 notes for less than a Quid.. What is not to like and how long would anyone be prepared to wait to get a Fiver for less than a quid.?..1 month, 1 year...?. I can wait years...as this really is a compounding share with potentially exceptional returns. Pity is some on here want a result in 90 minutes. LP
Alastair.. Dr Howard Weiner, as you said 'when he speaks people listen'..Alastair, I hope you are listening, as when you write, we are all in wonder at your ability to explain Foralumab and TILS, congratulations on 2 excellent posts.. truly exceptional quality. I am sure so many on here are most grateful for your contribution, as in my view it is outstanding. Thank you so much.ATB. LP.
LUNQ.. You should post more often, as what you write is insightful, interesting, funny and all of it worth reading. I suspect you have a different agenda but keep posting as you appear to be laughing, smiling, educating, and directing, all at the same time. ATB.LP
LUNG.. I have read all your posts and I want to say I am impressed with what you write.. I am newish to ARB but I suspect you have an angle here that needs adhering to very closely..well done and thanks. LP
JDT1990.. I agree with a great deal of what you have written. I bought into AVCT because of the oncology, then came Covid..and I bought into companies more tuned towards CV... But please tell me or show me the hard evidence where BIg Al has put his own money into buying Avacta shares. He may have been awarded options, shares for achieving targets but that is not the same as spending your own money in buying the shares. i know so many of you do not like me or others harping on about the house, but Big Al, did not need to advise us holders here of that, he could have simply stated he needed the money for personal reasons.. What the RNS showed in my view was a total lack of foresight into the implications of his decision at a time when BIG Al had over-promised and under-delivered.
.
You like many others on here are frustrated by all the delays and you have allowed yourselves to believe the delays are positive with regard to the CV portfolio, the delays may well be for good reasons, but inevitably, how a BOD communicates with its shareholders is nowadays as important as producing a profit or a loss...The world is changing fast and I believe Oncology is a big long term winner for the companies that can deliver on their research, albeit it is as competitive as CV....Big Al I will state again, has a big task and re establishing his credibility, and you or no one else will convince me otherwise.
Finally, the competition have caught up and may have even overtaken Avacta and that will in all likelihood lead to the company failing to deliver the potential in all its fields, leading to lower shareholder returns, profits and market capitalisation..>LP
Merchant banker... I agree with what you write and all of what you have written...However, the Cult Club members on this board will never entertain an opinion that differs from their group think ideology, not that it matters. Like you I want Avacta to prosper, not for myself but for the 1000’s of individual investors in Avacta who read the blurb from Big Al and fell for it hook line and sinker...I , like you I am invested in ODX and Colin King could teach Big Al a thing or two about how to tell your shareholders what really is going on, as opposed to giving them bxxx shot ...Keep up your excellent work .LP
Runner -Rrunner. I am most certainly NOT calling all AVCT holders stupid. I truly believe this board has some very astute contributors, well informed, and capable of intelligent debate. some have extremely detailed knowledge of the workings of LFT, Affirmers, Oncology, and the technology we are hoping AVCT can deliver for all of us. The problem is as we have seen, those intelligent contributors got abused, as I have and they now remain silent...and write on Twitter or elsewhere.
I am not 100% of the view that Big Al is making fools of us, rather he has made me take the view, that we can no longer rely on his words as we once could.. In business as in life, businessmen, who make big promises and then fail to deliver, ruin their credibility, particularly amongst their peers. ...so much so that anything they say in the future no longer has the value it once had.
In a previous life, I was a banker and I can assure you I am not related to MB, who I respect...and as a banker, we took very seriously any client who could not explain when they had seriously failed to deliver on their company pledges, as big al has..
Accordingly, for Big Al to restore my faith and the faith of many LTH here and others who have paid their money for their AVCT shares, he has to start delivering on his earlier promises... Yes, I do have a big holding on here, its over 10% of my total portfolio, an indication of my original conviction in AVCT and BIG Al..and I am in here today with a loss...a much-reduced loss but nonetheless a loss.. Once my loss has been eliminated, it is my intention to sell my holding down to no more than 5% of my portfolio..the good thing apart from TILS, every share in my portfolio is outperforming AVCT.... The idiots who malign me on this board use unconscious bias in their replies, simply because I use the name LAZYPUNTER... If they knew more about me, they would not be laughing but hey, life as we know it is on these boards and many of the characters who laugh at me here can be found in any Charles Dickens novel.. I wish you and other holders every success in all your endeavours. LP
DOH85.. I really do not care about the loss on my AVCT shares, as at present it is all just a piece of paper and for example, I have a substantially greater paper loss with TILS..but as a % of my total portfolio, its a minute loss. As for being leverage, you must be kidding, buy shares on credit in a company like AVCT would be as many of you guys on here. that is stupid.
I am not telling you the Starting price that gets me into profit on here, as that is confidential to me.. If I could prove I am a holder on here, it would make no difference as the real pleasure for me is winding you fools up in a ball of string as you are of the view, your opinion is the only opinion that matters. ..your opinion is your opinion and it does not necessarily have any clout. keep up the good work ES, I hate to think what it must be like living in your one-bedroom flat in Glasgow , with no windows and only 1 hour of daylight per day.. LP
WATCHING 2 . No i am not related to MB but I agree 100% with what he writes, as in my view he has got you here in a real tizz, as so many on this BB hate to read anything contra to their own short-sighted.views.. That in itself tells its own story. LP
To all of you spud faces, as a long term holder here, your responses are laughable. You cannot see when you are being laughed at for your sheer stupidity. AW has got you all to a Tea.. Yorks Tea. You are so full of yourselves, that you cannot distinguish between actual LTH or shorter, it just proves to me you all need a GOLD standard test. This board needs humour as so many of you are so boring and lack imagination or the ability to see the facts in front of you.LP
ES23.PL75 & Other potatoe heads.. You are all so full of yourselves, you have to be rude, pathetic and arrogant to anyone, like Merchandbanker, who posts an opinion that does not sit well with each of you..As I have stated before, you all live in a world where you seem to think beyond any reasonable doubt that Big Al and AVCT are guaranteed to be the best in class. That may be the case but the facts are BIg AL has over-promised, under-delivered and if he needs ODX, he should get back to the painting and decorating of his new house.Face the facts, what has AVCT achieved to date bar a few quid from teaming up with a few big Asian pharmas and why has it not yet been able to send a RNS to all of us that it has a Gold standard test?..Because it has not got a Gold standard test...my view is BIg Al has failed at every hurdle to date and has been unable to get validation of any of his tests because quite simply none of the tests have met the strict criteria set before it..So now it is scrambling around for a potential partner to show it what it needs to do to get a quality test to the market.. As a long term holder here who has bought more shares in AVCT than big al, what do you think big al is doing today?. I think he is sctraching his balls hoping someone like Colin King will give him a call and say.' Big Al, would you like ODX to show you what you need to do to stop your shareholders from losing faith in you. ?.' As I wrote before PL75 needs every post, he writes to get his 20 p from his gangmaster. ES23 needs a good kick in the arse to stop him opening his big mouth, as when he opens his gob all that comes out is what normally comes out of his arse. The recent rise is welcome for all of us but the rise is not an indication that Mr market knows any more than any of you...personally, I believe the recent rise is based on the fact that AVCT has been tipped in numerous places as a share to follow in 2021...like it will be in 2022, 23, and 24...We all look forward to the day when each of us can sell an AVCT share for £50 but we all have dreams. Finally, Merchantbanker tells it as it is and if anyone puts forward a view different to the consensus view of so many on here, the reaction is always the same. Big Al loves you all he really does but Mrs. BIg Al loves you more, as you have helped pay for her dream HWSE in Yorkshire..she loves Yorkshire she does, Yorkshire Tea, Yorkshire Pudding , Yorkshire Gold standard LFT and Yorkshire Affirmers which are going to change the world tomorrow...Mrs Big Al, is selling Affirmers from an advert in The Exchange& Mart ..you can buy a baker's dozen for 1 Bitcoin....but hurry up they are selling like hot cakes.. HOT YORKSHIRE CAKES TO GO WITH THE LATTE YOU REFUSED> LP
Forgot to say Jerry, the Art is understanding the science of the RNS..As ever is it always about the message written between the lines, rather than the words written on each line...if you get where I am coming from...Thanks again.LP
Many thanks Jerry..It seems like common sense today but at the time I feel certain it was not quite like that... I appreciate your reply..LP
Morning Jerry, Appreciate your reply.. Interestingly, I already have a small interest in FOG, plus GUN...but I still have a substantial holding in Fundsmith Equity.. I sold a big chunk of FE, before the worst of the falls last year to buy a big slice of GGP, the best thing I ever did. However, whilst I totally understand where you are coming from with your view of FE going forward, and agree the next 6 months could be tricky, I am loath to sell or reduce my holding in FE as I have averaged 20% per year for a good few years. Ultimately, none of us can predict the future but the 5-star rating has to go to you for having the foresight to build such a substantial holding in GGP, at low prices. Please can I ask what did you see in the very early days of GGP that sparked your big interest and attention. Wishing you and all GGP guys a Great Land Gold New Year. LP
JERRYSPANIEL..You have done well, congratulations but have you not diversified a tiny proportion of your wealth into any other holdings, or are you 100% GGP?. ATB. LP
Guys. I repeat what I have stated before. Too many here are not prepared to open their ears to anything other than 'avacata are the best, or are going to be the best' So many of you live in your own collective world of believing in your own crap. To suggest I am not even invested here is laughable but I repeat, I am not prepared to sell my avacata holding to realise such a substantial loss. You can insult me as much as you like, but the facts are as stated.. As for PL75, I stopped reading much of the rubbish you have written months ago, as you have always had so much to say but most of it probably earns you 20 p per post ...Merchantbanker set the scene here previously, and many of you did not like what he stated then...I am well used to being insulted because of the handle I use and when it comes to evaluating who is genuine or who is not genuine on this board, it is always interesting that when you post anything negative about avacta, all the crabs come out of their shells..I know this was meant to be life-changing for many of you here with your avacta shares but one day we will all find out who was right or who was wrong.I wish all holders here good fortune but to those like PL75 , keep posting to get your 20 p per post, you are going to need every penny to pay your electricity bill. LP
Even though I had the chance to buy in at 104, I was not prepared to reduce my average from 144..at one point Avacta was my biggest holding but I have invested substantially elsewhere and will not buy another share even if they were 50p...ODX GGP have and will wipe the floor with avacta in the next 12 to 18 months in my view.GGP has returned for me over 300% and I am still buying. If you want to make money short, long or medium term GGP or ODX will work harder for your money.LP
Yes of course I have read every RNS and their strategic partnerships and Oncology. The latter is why I got involved, but the income generated so far is diddly sqat..LP
