Chunky buys - no real surprise. It isn’t loose change going in!

On the subject of 737 I don’t think GSK wanted the milestone payment licensing agreement nor the ongoing royalties. My own opinion is they, or somebody else, may want to buy 737 in one deal and cut out the minutiae. If I was a major pharma It would be far more preferable to take 1801/1802 and the 27.5% of 737 out in one clean deal.

Who knows though - plenty to come though

Pure speculation on my part but re-reading the RNS of the 6th June it actually states approx: 6 weeks. If we started earlier than the 6th June then we may well be closer than we think to Safety review- just a thought

Hi Krone. I think the entire market is flat with several AIM shares being mauled. You only have to read other boards to understand the amount of dissatisfaction with performances. It is a "risk off" situation for a lot of investors for a number of reasons so investors will revert to cash holdings especially where mortgage increase may have put some under pressure.

This suits brokers. It wasn't so long back that PH reported weaker revenue/profits and that is symptomatic of other brokers too. Although Brokers will openly state that they don't lend shares out for shorting, what they don't state is that the shares they hold in nominee accounts can be used by the broker themselves to "go short" - who's checking?

My point though is that good news will give this legs but the flat market may well act as an anchor.

Morning Aber - perversely, I think the low ball buy orders are to blame. If accepted by the MM's then the price will have to drop below that price in order to make a profit. MM's can see stop losses and the sell orders so are accepting orders to be filled. Add in a bit of FUD from time to time then you get the picture. Investors with plenty to spend will not expect to pay top dollar when newsflow is not expected. A few red 500 signals about yesterday. We mere mortals can only watch on while this plays out

Like many, I am unsure of what PH bring to the table - nor do we know what is going on behind the scenes. I don’t think any other broker could do much differently given the paucity of news.

In terms of 737 - don’t be too negative. We didn’t get the full data back until March and this had to be evaluated before any negotiations. Once any negations open, then the potential licensee or purchaser would also need to go through the data. All this takes time as does striking a deal when and if the parties agree the science.

I think Corcs timeline is near enough correct and fits with comments made by Tim - the anticipated start date for Ph1b was early 2024.

It would be good if we were to get regular updates on the website, but, legally, I think Sareum would be obliged to RNS any progress in order to inform all shareholders simultaneously.

Don’t despair - we hardy lth’s are seasoned holders. Time is the test of everything so patience required (still).

the problem for sareum is that we have no revenue streams to report - we aren’t selling widgets. our newsflow is, by and large, predictable so traders etc: can easily choose their moments. we start week 5 tonight in oz so we are edging ever closer to completion of part 1 of ph1a- no red flags - it cannot be too long before the stranglehold on the sp is eased. we are not eligible for institutional investors as we are too risky in my view. that could all change by the end of ph1a. we are, currently, still in a **** or bust period with sareum.

Funnyguy - if you were a true realist you would not touch AIM shares with a barge pole.

@ Surfie - you still haven’t backed up your negative assertions with any rationale or numbers.

Fine if the sp rises to that level if you wish to sell out. But out of genuine curiosity- what value do you place on a successful trail for 1801 and, ultimately 1802?

I think your assertion is plain wrong if you are invested, as most of us here understand that failure would see us burn and crash whereas success should give us a buyout figure or licensing of £1bn+

So where do you stand on this? You seem to think there is a chance of success based on your investment - break down some numbers for us mere mortals so we know you are genuine. Happy to apologise if you ever turn out to be correct

Well it certainly looks as if they want it down further for whatever reason - yesterdays final trade was a sale of 500 - “taking it down”.

I think mm’s have taken it back down to finish their order filling from last week.

I suspect that there are cheap orders being filled.

Week 4 is upon us and the mm’s and a few misguided traders may be happy that they have another 2 weeks before the next RNS - you never know though.

Friday has been and gone in Oz with no RNS to indicate red flags - we move into week 4 of part 1 on Sunday. No reasons to be negative.

I appreciate development timelines are futuristic but how do you place a value on all of this? Surely Sareum are a good, ready made R&D pipeline for any major.

I see it as a win win situation. There are multiple applications for 1801 and 1802 - Sareum have chosen psoriasis for 1801 but it can be applied to other diseases. Same as 1802 which is going through translational studies in order to identify the best application of it.

That says to me that Sareum could end up with multiple licenses in different diseases for 1801 going forwards and, possibly, 1802.

I am open to correction with my thinking but if we can achieve multiple licenses that would propel us quite significantly. Equally, if a bidder recognised the huge potential of Sareum SKIL platform then a buyout would seem inevitable. So win win with a bit of blue sky thinking from Elounda in Crete.
