The Executor(s) will be the only ones with legal powers over the Estate. The share account is frozen at the closing sp on the day of passing. If at a weekend, the Executor can choose the Friday close or Monday close. Once probate is granted stock transfer forms can be submitted for the benefit of the beneficiaries or shares sold down and the cash divided as per the will. A lengthy process as all granting of probate is subject to significant delays these days

As long as it takes Warty. Time is the test of everything isn't it. Our investments do not go into the Company per se. They go to the Brokers nominee accounts and you trade them at your leisure. Hasn't gone into the Company has it. Just need to make that distinction as these brokers can use your own shares to sell into the market to drag the sp down. Nothing to do with Company news or performance

We have all speculated with Sareum over the years. We are not down to the nitty-gritty whereby tangible news will drive the sp as opposed to speculation. Let the sp find its own level and let the mms make their market. News due soon which is likely to start to tell us all what we need to know. Go with the news and not sentiment in my view

We all believed in the potential of the science Antifragile. Early results were also encouraging. I was buying - as were lots of others - at 0.28p old money. I am sure that, like myself, a lot I would have topsliced and taken at least their original stake out. A lot of us are in very good positions here and, speaking for myself, I have been buying back in. Patience and research is the only way to beat the market and it has paid off handsomely here. I feel for those who bought on the spike to 9p old money and are now sitting on substantial losses. Personally, I would encourage them to buy low and average down especially as if there is no adverse news to suggest that our science doesn’t work. Just my opinion of course but has worked well for us long term holders

It would interesting if we finished blue today - after all, week 6 is now complete in Oz. News due soon IMO. Plenty of chunky trades today - all is good despite the sp.

Note the red 500 yet again. This “take it down” signal has been ever present and tells me this is the mms walking it down. Hold your nerve guys - this disgraceful activity may well get reported if it continues.

Evening Warty - I think the main point is that our products are currently unproven. We all think they have the potential to be good which is quite a significant distinction from "they are good". We have entered a period of validation for the science and we are also in a period whereby we may become attractive to would be buyers or licensees. It is akin to turning a supertanker around through 360 degrees. It is slow and cumbersome.

We have no revenue and a limited amount of cash. We are a fledgling company and AIM know this. Add to the fact that the sp has been walked down this past week in order to accommodate cheap orders then you begin to see where Sareums vulnerability is and that Sareum is at the mercy of traders/brokers alike.

We have all invested in a vision of the future that is slowly turning into some sort of reality. Development is done, capsules manufactured and testing under way. Thats about as good as it gets for now. Results (Positive ones) will start to make investors sit up and take note. Forget HNWI's, they could have sold out ages ago its a red herring as to whether they are in or not.

Will we go cap in hand to the market or can we find alternative funding? Only time will tell but something must break in the coming months as we can't be allowed to fall off the end of the cash runway with a whimper.

Trust the BoD, as that is the only option along with trusting the science. Everything else is irrelevant until either time or results intervene to dictate our direction of travel.

Meanwhile brokers etc: continue to harvest cheap shares.

Week 6 of part one ends in Oz tonight. My enthusiasm levels are rising- God forbid there is an RNS trumpeting success. I will be off the Richter scale. Of course, the RNS from 06/06 used the words approximately 6 weeks. We could be done and dusted already. Just a positive observation for the doom mongers

What is distasteful however, is your sneering and gloating when the sp slips back. What purpose does that serve? Genuine question. Either way you have shown your true colours. I am sure most on here have taken note

I too, trust the BoD. It isn’t easy running a business at the best of times. In their defence we had Covid etc: and we were also reliant on others to do their bit also. Comms has been a weak point but that has improved with the RNS of 06/06 being very clear with timelines and future intentions. There has been no variation to that timeline reported subsequently, nor has there been any indication of problems. I am still of the view that the BoD cannot make things up just to appease shareholders. The news timelines can be estimated from the RNS although opinions may vary. If all is well with the trial I would expect an RNS after the Safety review to state all is well. Perfect opportunity to feed positive news. Completion of Ph1a and subsequent data, and the start of Ph1b will also provide a boost if we get there. I agree that flash to bang will not be as quick as some expect/hope so I agree with Potnak on that point. I also would like a full buyout to remove all angst. Time will tell. The AIM casino is open and the wheel is spinning - place your bets

I understand the distinction you are making with your point Potnak. I hope we have the luxury of questioning the board and make our own decisions. I too am on a free ride here. If 1801 fails I will not be afraid to cash in what is left if I thought there was little or no hope. The thing is, we haven’t failed and past performance is not necessarily indicative of what lies ahead. I am equally sure that should we hit £3, £4 and £5 there will be plenty of top slicing that will keep progress in check.

I also wonder whether these larger buys at a low price are part of an iceberg trade. Could we be seeing somebody taking a position here. Nobody needs to declare until 3% is crossed if at all. Just a thought- glass half full!!

The spivs aren’t done just yet - I also think that anyone who isn’t enthusiastic about their investment needs to rethink their strategy. It is a binary decision now like it or not. I am confident we are on the correct path here and will be deflated if it goes belly up. I don’t understand the position of “I’ll hold just in case it is successful but if it fails I told you so” why not just sell up and re-invest in something you are enthusiastic about. Unless of course you are trading.

Either way the spivs are not having any of mine. I hold a figure slightly north of SoGs. I am all in and I have passed the point of no return mentally

Good advice Gus. He has appeared right on cue with a falling sp and a red 500 appearing again. It will play out - best ignored and we should wait for official news

Like you say, we don’t know the answer. I can only surmise that if part one wasn’t on track or, if there had been a problem recruiting, the BoD would have been obliged to correct the information contained in the RNS dated 06/06. New information would supersede that RNS so that potential investors weren’t misinformed. That is just my logic as opposed to fact though. The document you refer to is also administered by the Oz authorities as opposed to Sareum per se. Either way, I do agree with your observation that there is some misinformation floating about from whichever source.

C'mon guys. Sixth and final week started last night according to trial timelines in the RNS 06/06. There is no adverse news reported, no hint of delays or issues. If the BoD were to withhold sensitive information then they could face disqualification etc:

It's a bit disingenuous to expect news when none is due or to mock the BoD when the timeline is clearly set out. I will be the first to report them or complain if there is collusion between MM and BoD with regards to the sp. Hold your nerve. There is clearly no news expected in the next few days so there is every chance that weak holders will be encouraged to sell and/or stop losses triggered.
