Ready for the off - nothing wrong with Parkers tweet. People are so fickle and pedantic at times. By implication Parker could have said if it doesn't go through then we have lost an opportunity.
It is clear that there is a wider strategy to be played out here. PH criticism is partially justified, but you will all be singing their praises if they bring Institutions to the table.
Let it play out or get out...simples!!

My own take on this is that Sareum are looking to join a bigger league. Once tox has been reported, then it opens further avenues of progress with the potential for some very large deals. I still favour a merger of some sorts so a higher shareprice is desireable for that also. Either way, share liquidity will be much reduced and the regular trading of large buys and sells will become a thing of the past(or far less frequent). I think we are in the shop window and there may well be a few PH institutional clients who want in but are currently restricted by their own investment rules. Why else would we go to all this trouble and expense if there wasn't a plan in place? I think the BoD are very confident with the tox results - patience is the key

IMO - any changes will take place if and when a buyout or merger is agreed. Personally, I feel that a merger is on the cards.

I wouldn't buy into that whatsoever Mattyboy. No more than you would somebody predicting £5 per share at this moment in time. Let it play out and make your own decisions on news and your own assessment. GGP in the same boat I see. I think both shares are in demand due to news to come. Just my view.

I can appreciate the worry of some, however the strategic plan has been discussed and it is almost certain that a placing will follow. Again, this has already been discussed at length. We cannot just buy into the positives of the plan without acknowledging the potential downside whilst we raise cash.
I would point out the following:
1. Cash raised would be for further accelerated development as opposed to a distress raise.
2. Any placing is also governed by the 50:1 ratio so dilution is much reduced.
3. Institutions/Large investors will have sticky hands.
4. With much fewer shares in circulation the sp will increase at a greater rate on good news as and when it comes.
No gain without pain is the mantra. Nobody likes to witness the drops - myself included - but the wider picture contains the clues.

No brainer. Sit on those hands as true value will reveal itself in time. Being played at the moment and, significantly, there are no TR1@s. For those of you who have been in long enough to remember, the old mantra on here was "You cannot undiscover gold" - now add copper to that and any other relevant PM and you realise that this will quickly realign itself with true worth. Ignore the day to day fluff and noise - thats all it is. Good luck to you all.

Market now perceives no more news until EGM so after last weeks rise it is an open goal for traders and brokers. Been taken down for cheap shares…again. Some profit takers from last week or so as well. Never mind, buyers will return.

We are in a great position going forwards. Realistically, todays RNS reaffirmed what we already know so no material change ahead of Consolidation. The sp is currently bouncing around where we were at the back end of last week and I suspect that buys are still being filled. As I have stated before, just ride the daily fluctuations out and wait for news. Plenty lined up for after consolidation and once larger players can be involved. All good here. I look forward to Jashar admitting he was wrong as I would do if the science were to fail.

Interesting psychology - a few weeks ago 4p was seen as negative and a real downer. Now it is rising to 4p it is a buzz. Just shows how we are all hostage to our own emotions - and the mms know it.

As a further point - last nights small U/T at 3.20 was put in place after hours so that the sp would show negative. MM's games I am afraid. Further evidence that we may well be poised for more news. They are definitely running out of time. Once so few shares are in circulation after the C then manipulation will become far more difficult.

He's doing a double shift for his paymaster Rebster. Good news just around the corner I would say.

Why not try to guess where the sp will be post news? Far more positive and informative. I think it will be well north of here as do the BoD and the Brokers.

Auto do you not feel duped out of your 2m shares? It is exactly what they set out to achieve and you have obliged. Your decision I know but ask yourself who is buying - Brokers of course.
