I still favour a deal of sorts with GSK. What with them spinning off their R&D dept into a new business, a merger or a deal with the newly formed company would suit Sareum down to the ground.

I wouldn’t write off GSK either. They have a preference for JVs. They spun off their consumer healthcare division into a JV with Pfizer in 2019. GSK retained 68% equity to Pfizer’s 32%.

I agree there is something else afoot here T2. I cannot see that we would be permitted to sit on the shelf with nobody eying up some sort of offer.
Additionally, I think that the thinking here on the board by some is far too negative and tends to presume a slow boat to China awaits.
Apart from a buyout of the Company or licencing a compound, I also consider that we could merge with another Company. I am unsure as to how many suitors are out there but have recently read that GSK are spinning off their R&D into a newly formed company. My tiny mind thinks that, for example, this would be a good merge for Sareum and GSK. Not saying this will happen but this would be an area that PH would earn their corn.
There are many variations for Sareum to consider going forwards with cash requirements and shareholder value a major consideration.
It would be criminal to allow the science to fester on the shelf when it could do so much good in the real world.

Definitely could be Emporer. I was in GGP from early days and still retain a substantial holding after a bit of profit taking. ECR trading pattern is very similar to GGP early trading patterns, including the stake building by a single individual. GGP stake builder was Stephen Beetham.
I fully concur with DVHarrison post at 10:33.
Buy when others are fearful. The mantra at GGP in the early days was "You cannot undiscover gold"

A few traders here today - if it is all doom and gloom it presents a great opportunity to sell and buy back much lower. My glass remains half full however. There are so many permutations of outcomes at the moment that nobody can second guess the direction of travel nor the preferred structure for raising further funds.

Elcap - thank you for your earlier post. However we interpret what has been stated to you, I think they are correct in stating that sellers are around. I suspect there are a few traders here - which is fine - but it can’t all be PH. I am no fan of theirs but there are other MMs out there all turning a few quid.
Again, I am not necessarily a fan of consolidation as I have been burnt like others but it just might prevent a lot of quick buck traders from de-stabilising the sp.

We are in the best position ever - I invested over 10 years ago and have built steadily since. The BoD and Ned’s are doing a fine job this far in supporting the advancement of our science. Hold your nerve and support the strategy.
This doom and gloom and preconceived negativity is ridiculous. PH may not be everyone’s cup of tea but they deserve a chance at being effective for us.
It is the science and news of progress that will determine outcomes here, especially over the next 12 months
