RE: Consolidation9 Feb 2022 16:14
Thats part of my point Warthog. The sp is where it is due to lack of news and not much else. I fully get that it can be used to disguise an ailing company, but, IMO Sareum is not an ailing Company. If it is why are we all here? I'm here for the news that I think is to come and I believe in the science. It doesn't matter a single jot what the sp is either pre or post consolidation. What does matter is that the board have the freedom to implement a strategic plan which will probably involve a placing, lets say @ £2 per share. So 10m Institutional share placing would raise £20m. If it is a no vote, the BoD would still want to raise the same £20m at a price of 4p (using consistent figures). Add that to the 3.4bn shares already in circulation and it starts to get ridiculous and a traders dream. No institutions will touch us.
As I have stated previously, if you do not believe in the science or have major doubts due to post consolidation drop and no meaningful news due, then surely it makes sense to sell now and buy back post consolidation at the much vaunted and feared lower sp.
I have no doubt there will be volatility and drift post consolidation but no different to what we are experiencing now. To state the obvious, the whole future of Sareum is dependent on news flow and progress towards commercialisation. I struggle to see where holding back the strategic plan and having no Institutions on board helps our cause.
