Actually Aber your email made me consider a further point. That is to state that the trigger point for a TR1 would also be reduced by the same ratio. If PH do attract Institutional investors we may start to see TR1's appear.

I am sure that there is plenty going on behind the scenes but like everyone else I have no knowledge of any potential outcomes or current negotiations. The subject of NDA's has been flogged to death on here but you can bet your bottom dollar that they are in place if talks are ongoing.
I would repeat my recently stated opinion that the Tox results are the trigger for genuine progress.

Appreciate your comments but this has been flagged for some time and it is clear that a strategic plan (including comms plan) exists even if it is viewed as negative by some. I see the potential for downside post consolidation but also see the potential for upside post consolidation.
I can almost match your holding and it will probably be a yes from me barring any earth shattering news. It is an error to think that all of us private investors will think and vote in the same way.

Thats not correct Unite. The BoD cannot withhold price sensitive news but feed it to others. That would be against the law. There is far too much at stake for the BoD to compromise themselves in that way. Also, the BoD have skin in the game and the sp is hurting them also. I understand your frustration though.
Just to add, Tim and John may be the scientists but the NED's are very experienced commercially and have a wealth of corporate experience between them.

I fully appreciate we all have different opinions. PH link is stating what they do.
They have a lot of Institutional investors in addition to HNWI investors. I fully appreciate that we are "business" to them but we have started swimming with bigger fish (and sharks maybe). A higher sp (after consolidation) will allow a lot of Institutional Investors take a stake and would be compliant with their investment criteria.

He certainly has nothing to prove Cobalt. Whatever individuals hold in total number of shares, big or small, it should all be respected as should their views. T2 has been invaluable to the likes of myself over the years.

There is a risk to Sareum even if the consolidation wasn’t taking place.
I don’t get all the handwringing on here as it is straightforward news and logic which will dictate events and the sp.
If you think consolidation is a bad thing then sell now as it is illogical to hold. If not, then hold for news.
Presumably, we are all here awaiting news flow which is why we invested in the first place. The BoD do not control the sp only the news flow that affects the sp and they cannot - and will not - make things up to appease individual shareholders.
The consolidation was flagged in December so no surprise. Investors could have sold out at 9p+ not so long ago but didn’t. The psychological twins of fear and greed are very apparent

That would be impractical and misleading Ray. Best to trust the news pipeline to take us forward

The upside to consolidation is that it will enable larger funds to buy in.
Fewer shares in circulation would see a steeper rise if/when this happens
PH influence may well come to the fore.

More wriggle room to raise more funds/dilute

You pays your monies and takes your chance. It is a yes vote for me just to get over the hurdle and let progress happen

On the basis that the consolidation gets voted through, I trust the warrants will also be diluted by the same ratio. It would also resolve the 5p warrants at 5 consecutive days of 7p. So my logic tells me that the qualifying sp will also change by the same ratio, giving a warrant price of £2.50 with the sp having to be at £3.50 for 5 consecutive days.
This is an important factor in my thinking as I retain the same rationale as to why the individuals concerned accepted this instead of cash. News coming must be good.

And first hour volume is higher than recent daily volumes. Says it all really.

Morning - I agree PH don't care about PI's and are serial offenders. But investors selling now will only realise a loss unless it is a LTH. I think we should remind ourselves what Sareum are about. What is unsavoury though is the timing and apparent orchestration of this move. Manna from heaven for brokers who will load up whilst not many investors will be buying. Perfect storm for them.

Try not to get too embroiled in the emotion. Stay focused on the news to come as it should take us forward whatever the price. Those selling now may well regret it next week if news drops. MM's/Brokers using this as an opportunity to steal yet more shares from smaller investors.

Oh! And don’t believe for one minute that it will be voted against - they will already know that they have sufficient support for this consolidation. Jury’s still out for me but I agree with others that news needs to be released.
