Yes it is a tough one WSG. Especially when friends or family lose out.
I bought this at a higher sp and saw it decline - seems I struck at the right time this morning and brought my average right down. Almost at break even and my decision to buy was based upon my earlier post and pure arithmetic. Time will tell.
There is always a risk of failure with small exploration companies who take all of the cost and exploration risk. Dilution is another problem as cash is often required.
IMO the sooner a JV is signed the better especially if we get royalties. A long way from mining anything yet with a bigger partner so you are correct to urge caution in respect of where this will go and over what time span.
A JV will change the outlook for Rock very quickly once signed.

I think you are making too many negative assertions with regards to everyones position here. If the sp does reach 1p and news is released then there is nothing to stop it climbing further. I fully accept that investors will sell at different levels. But, with respect, that is how a market is made and we should all take ownership of our own positions and decisions. It is not for you or I to assert that our knowledge is all consuming however well intentioned you may be. If your negativity persuades people to sell out at 0.38 and they miss an opportunity to recoup their money then you are guilty of having their losses on your conscience. I am sure you would not want that.
So each to their own. I am very confident here as should others be. Good luck anyway.

Its all a gamble on AIM whitesuitguy. I seldom post but follow the board and bought more this morning. I have experience of catching good shares early with ggp and with Sareum. GGP was in a similar position to ROCK a few years ago and I was buying at 0.36p. Same as Sareum.
With ROCK it is an opportunity to at least double or treble your money from here unless you think they will go out of business.
One thing is for sure. You cannot undiscover gold or copper so we have value. A JV is all important going forwards.

Very interesting and exciting times Oracle. I have been here since God was a teenager and never been so certain we are into a winner. Several avenues of opportunity are opening up in so many different ways. Good earlier points about the CTA also.
Still favour a merger as a possible outcome but have nothing of substance to support that.

We are certainly beginning to crank up the activity here. I note another U/T (uncrossing trade) giving us our 2.95 finish closely filled by a 10k shares bought at 3p.
Loved the inference in the tweet.
Also, the lack of detractors and disrupter’s recently some of which were stating they were invested but being “realistic” about Sareums short to medium term prospects. This is another good sign.
Fantastic opportunity ahead.

Interestingly, we haven’t had a TR1 at all indicating that no investor/Insto has crossed the 3% ownership threshold. Need around 2.04m shares for that to happen. 5% threshold for overseas investors.
This could be resolved by a placing which also raises a considerable sum of money for Sareum.
So many ducks to align!

It is interesting to note Sierra's path to the buyout. They were in the doldrums sp wise and were close to de-listing. Consolidation, subsequently followed by institutional investment. Negotiations with GSK would have been conducted under NDA hence no update on SRA737. I firmly believe that GSK want to get their hands on SRA737- job done.
Switching to Sareum - we seem to be lagging Sierra but we also appear to be mirroring the development path.
We have consolidated and we have all been shaken by the vicious drop in order to provide cheap shares for bigger clients and Insto’s. Cue PH appointment to oversee this process.
We are now a much more attractive prospect for a takeover or merger. Watch this space as we enter a news rich period and money on the sidelines waiting to come in. Perfect storm in my view despite what the naysayers may predict.
They want our shares on the cheap - don’t let go!
Sareum may well be under NDA if in talks. FWIW I still favour GSK but maybe a merger with their R&D arm. Makes perfect sense. I see a strategy unravelling so patience is the key for us investors. Rewards will follow.

They always will Sharpeye. They just want your shares on the cheap. Simple as. Traders, Brokers, Investment Groups all jump in aided and abetted by ms.
Don’t think this is a pump and dump. It may well be a dump and pump based on the opening sp. See where we end up ahead of the Easter break.

You are right Elcap - all assets and liabilities are taken on by the purchaser and would also have formed part of GSK due diligence whilst under NDA. If GSK didn’t want it Sierra would have had to hand it back.
I see it as a massive positive with lots more to come.

As I have previously speculated GSK R&D to be spun off into separate company. What a merger or acquisition Sareum would be for them
