Well done England. Unfortunately the celebrations, when watching on BBC, were polluted by wright and co going on a rant about equality. Can we not just celebrate something just on its own merits?
What the bbc seem oblivious to, is that every time you treat somebody more favourably based on colour, gender, sexuality, etc, you are discriminating against somebody else for not being born with those immutable characteristics. Absolutely shameful.

Facts and evidence count for very little on forums where people are only engaged on an emotional level. This is why the detail of official news releases from the company are ignored in favour of invented scenarios that feed the fear that is so entrenched in many people. The LTHs' on here have come to realise that there is little point in providing factual and accurate evidence as the child in some will just ignore and continue to throw hissy fits. :-)

You're wrong to state we have received no offers. It was emphasised at the AGM yesterday. Christian stated that he had received "no material offers" and he emphasised the deliberate wording of this statement, i.e. they have received offers. What's more, the bidder that completed the DD last year is still at the table. If, from these facts, you cannot see that the company is negotiating the best possible deal, there is no hope for you.

I never realised how profound those lyrics were before. Think it's wishful thinking to imagine man's downfall will be so slow.
We live in a society where upsetting a person is seen as a heinous crime. People are obsessed with identifying with what they are instead of who they are, and the majority complain about what they don't have instead of celebrating what they do. ;-(
