Lewis works for the BoD or Opus. and they should hang their heads in shame man The whole country is suffering because of sanctions that are designed to hurt Putin and Russia and here is a UK firm busting a gut to save Russian businesses and give them an absolute treasure trove.
They (Opus) have worked till late at night negotiating around sanctions that every body else has to suffer for what the best pay day of their miserable firms existence and all financed by our losses . They have helped Putin secure more gold to support the ruble.
They should stop crowing how they've ensured the creditors are now being paid when our whole country suffers to do the opposite , **** the creditors they now have our hard earned money and **** lewis the apologist all the time

On Monday, the Basmanny Court of Moscow held a regular hearing in the case of Pavel Maslovsky. The issue of extending the detention or changing the preventive measure was considered. The miracle didn't happen. The arrest of Pavel Maslovsky has been extended until November 24.
For more than a year and a half, Pavel Maslovsky has been held in a pre-trial detention center without proven guilt in a non-violent economic “crime”. And this is despite the consistently declared state policy of a more tolerant attitude towards entrepreneurs under investigation, and direct instructions from the Supreme Court and the President of the Russian Federation not to detain entrepreneurs. Apparently, for some inexplicable reason, neither the prosecutor's office nor the court believe that the purchase of an office building by a private company is not an entrepreneurial activity, and therefore the accused can be safely placed in a pre-trial detention center and kept there for more than a year and a half.
Moreover, Pavel Maslovsky is not just some mediocre businessman who is accused of "dumping" his partners. Maslovsky has state awards, experience in serving in the Federation Council of the Russian Federation, and great authority among officials and among colleagues in the mining business. Just last week, the Association of Gold Producers of the Amur Region sent a letter to the Basmanny Court of Moscow in defense of Maslovsky. In the letter, the heads of enterprises vouched for their colleague, stating that Maslovsky had made a huge contribution to the development of the industry.
“Pavel Maslovsky is a man whose name is inscribed in golden letters in the history of gold mining in the Amur Region. Leader, strategist, Man with a capital letter. It was the Petropavlovsk company, created by Maslovsky, that built advanced production facilities in the Amur taiga from scratch, introduced the latest technologies, gave jobs to thousands of Amur residents and multimillion-dollar stable tax deductions to the budgets of all levels, - the appeal says, - Under the leadership of Pavel Maslovsky, the company built mines: Pokrovsky, Pioneer, Malomyr and Albyn. But the main and unique breakthrough is the Pokrovsky autoclave-hydrometallurgical complex. Specialists from 20 countries worked on the creation of a unique technology and equipment for extracting gold from refractory ores. The enterprise became the second in Russia to launch such a technology. Without exaggeration, the autoclave is the most important project for the future of gold mining in the Amur Region and the whole country. "Petropavlovsk" is scientific institutes, a geological exploration enterprise, its own mining college, which gives a profession, and then work in the mines, to children from the northern regions of the Amur region. The Petropavlovsk Foundation, launched by Maslovsky, is a reliable social and educational project for the Amur hinterland and its inhabitants. Maslovsky is respected and trusted both
IOt is very clear as I've said all along that Strukov, Akimov and the BoD want Pavel out of the way until the sale is completed . All those that defended these people over the last two years (RBrand) Hang your head in shame. They are bribing or have compromised the judges and possibly Akimov's pal Putin has pulled some strings, but it shows just how badly they want Pog at a 75% price reduction of its current worth. R Brand and other apologist for these scum crooks.... you make me sick
there is a group which possibly seems to be pursuing legal action but I know no more than that. However as s a consequence of the need for secrecy the old main telegram pog site is now in mothballs. I still have some irons in the fire via UK gov responsibility and I'm trying to ascertain whether the BoD or the administrators ever tried for sanction relief. For me this is a crucial question: If the BoD did try then it shows they were sincere and the UK Gov were culpable, if they didn't, then they are the culprits
Did the BoD or the administrators make an effort to request sanction waivers. For me this is a crucial question: If the BoD did try then it shows they were sincere and the UK Gov were culpable, if they didn't then they are indeed the culprits
"Lawrence: People should keep their counsel on some things, last thing you need is a defamation claim if you'd already lost big on POG."
