900K Dumped, why would anyone dump after a good positive H1. I'm still no the wiser as to how the SP is being manipulated and fare more knowledgeable people here seem to have differing opinions on this as well. MM and shorting: .as far as I can grasp with my feeble brain . Its purpose financial orgs hiring blocks of shares flooding the market on the risk they knock the SP down and can then buy more shares back than what they started with. How influential in the SP is this practice? I mean is it a small thing which is totally swamped by say reports and in our case a rising gold price? So begs the question if the future looks so much brighter now with a higher gold price and new BOD why is the share lower than the 8.5 it hit in late May.. We've heard the bond conversion wouldn't affect the SP too much so where or what is the cause of this malaise

Are the bondholders on a fixed deal and so once the repayment interest criteria can be met then they are paid thus dissolving the bonds and leaving the shares undiluted

Okay I understand that part that if the SP goes up the bond holders may convert. So how many shares as a percentage of total shares can they add by converting. Now the next bit I still don't get. If people think the future looks good and start raising the share price thus causing potential dilution then there is no point in buying the share as the more popular it is the bond holders convert and push the price back down. Trouble is how many potential share holders would be aware of this and refrain from purchasing? If as I suspect many don't grasp that bond implication then the SP should rise and then when conversion kicks in sink like a stone. Okay so if everybody knows that buying shares will due to bond conversion dilute the share price then as Eric Morecombe used to say "get out of that" So how is this stalemate breached?
