Standard thing is you report it to the police and get a crime number and then report to the insurance company which tries to wriggle out of it and charge excess at best, Its rare they accuse you. Have they made charges and the police will then be involved. If not it is there sketchy view and they haven't enough evidence to proceed on. However they are still tarnishing your sons character and he needs to find out if this will affect future willingness to offer him insurance. If he is adamant he reported all in good faith then he should challenge and if not satisfied take it to the relevant government body and appeal

I think the question was will POG hire out its facility. I mean they are not going to go gung-ho processing their refractory ore if the price of gold is low.
