To be fair this just hasn't happened its been a long downward trajectory for 5 years or more, however I'm not really sure what the Junta achieved in their year either. So I will reserve any condemnation for a future date. As you say Rusty "nothing startling" but a lot better than insolvency. The refinancing talks continue and IRC is still limping along but slowly healing ?. I wonder if IRC started to look promising how much that alone would bolster POG

As PH is now on IRC's board I get the impression he wants to turn both companies round. I'm bot sure how much the Amur bridge is going to help but surely that's a start. Out of curiosity: Is the Amur bridge solely for the usage of IRC or does it benefit POG as well ?

Yes I agree Rusty. as far as I've understood IRC is now ramping up towards higher productivity and the bridge will be the over used cliché "a game changer", well maybe that's an exaggeration but it will be a leap forward in reducing costs'. The same thing goes even more so for the POX Hub. I see it like an overladen aircraft struggling to take off but once it can shed the debt cargo then take off it will.

When we just wanted to break even, now I'd settle for some GOOD news for a change ; how refreshing that would be.
