No Lawrence didn't mean that at all. Based on my own personal experience with family and past employment I know exactly how false the narrative is that people are victims. My now deceased sister never worked had four kids by three different men non of whom took any responsibility for their own flesh and blood. She lived on income support and housing benefit and the latter is a massive fiddle. Of course the state covers this with the money they take from those that actually work. My sister had numerous friends over the years who lived just like she did, with no intention of ever working, life was one long day of doing nothing. The education system that cost I believe 9k per child per year acted as a glorified baby sitting servive whilst the mums tended to their boyfriends who were invariably drug users, drunks and thieves with a lot of aggression and violence thrown in the mix. All four of my late sister adult children have all gone on to have kids of their own and all live on benefits and again with the fathers paying absolutely zero to their children's upbringing. My sisters actual first and only husband has spent over 20 years in prison out of his 63 years on the earth, he had one child with my sister and went on as a heroin addict to have two kids with another heroin addict and of course the kids were put in care For his actual cost to the state for which he has only paid tax and NI for 6 months back in 1976 he has cost almost millions in benefits, legal aid , drug rehab, health care and the cost to pay for his children's upbringing and now of course his mother is dying in Lewisham hospital and he cant get to see her because he's back in the chokey. Now for all his Stirling efforts to raise his kids and pay his way (NOT) he was given by a housing association a fantastic flat with its own underground parking space in Thicket Road overlooking Crystal Palace Park which of course those that actually work pay for via housing benefit. Now he and my sister had plenty of friends like that and this way of life is now institutionalized in this country. I could raise many more family examples but I'll leave that one. If anyone does respond I'll then tell you my experience with the west norwood food bank a couple of years back. So to sum up. Many see people like my own family as victims, I see them as parasites and their behaviour which went as far as getting my also late mother to take out the first mortgage ever on the house she owned.
