That then begs the question as to why VTB would be so willing to sell them back if that is the case VTB must have sold them for more than the recent SP or of course VTB are contractually obliged to sell them back. What a tangled web. Me I just bought them via H&L but I've always been simple.

Well I always say I know very little about this level od commerce and finance and I will prove it again with the question is it even legal to sell shares privately, I mean in the UK the inland revenue would want to be informed and as the company is registered in the UK then surely every share holder has to work with the UK regulations on shares and taxation
