Therefore we have four to eight weeks to get our permit and licence transfer signed.

Personally I think the mining office will know when that plant is near full output before Bernard tells them because of the Malians on the site.

Once that paper is signed the government has 22 months to give their purchase share option decision if they sign it now they have until April next year, if they sign it in four weeks they have until May next year, I would be surprised if they sign it until the plant hits full output.

These vehicles and batteries are cheaper than operating combustion vehicles - like milk floats are cheaper to operate but new battery technology and solar charging etc have brought these to the forefront. Looks like they swap the batteries like filling the tank.

That means Goita has 4-6 weeks to sign the paper.
