The MOU stated that the payment would be the 31st March or earlier when the licence transferred.

The plant wasn't producing fully on the 31st, the transfer was not signed and as per the MOU payment is deferred.

Meanwhile the plant keeps notching up and once at full speed a month or two then we can see if we have sufficient stock for a shipment and see if the licence has transferred.

Until then it is unimportant except to posters on here.

Had the government signed the licence transfer in November they would have 7 months now, possibly as low as 5 months once the plant is running full speed to exercise their option to buy into Bougouni.

By not signing before the plant is running full speed they have their full 12 months.

7.5m is chicken feed and isn't even worthy of mention.

The stockpile could be quarter of what we need per shipment - nobody knows.

we also don't know how much extra above shipment we have to carry to ensure supply flow.

Everyone is just inventing problems based on situations which are also invented.

When the plant runs full speed and we are near the total tonnage we need for shipment and surplus then we can concern ourselves with the next stage. Hopefully Bernard gives us the opportunity to ask the questions.

We have no idea what size stockpile of concentrate we need once the plant is up to full speed to maintain a smooth transport process. Last Q&A it seemed like a question too far ahead.

We don't know what size ship they may use, 10k, 20k, 30k or higher.

Small ships are 10-50k.

Or are we going to be part of larger ships in our own hold? What weights do the holds carry?

Ivenoidea the maiden value was due May June 2022, so it was close to completion when put to the side for lithium.

Stan, if you think it is irregular or odd, I would steer well clear.

Ivenoidea cannot remember any issues with Nielle purely put to the side because so many offers came in for the Lithium.

At the time I would have liked a fund raise and plod on with Nielle. However now I am glad they didn't do that, we may have done the wrong thing with Nielle and would have missed these latest gold prices for an outright sale - that will sell easily in this market if that is their plan.

Compare that to the mine up for sale in the other thread as low as 0.3g per tonne but averaging 0.7g.

Ejt, the problem with that one is it is low grammes per tonne.

Old rule of thumb was 1g per tonne with max depth applied.

I think that one averages at 0.7g per tonne but hits figures as low as 0.3g.

Hard sell that one.

Re Dock, please George, so the ship will probably carry 10-15,000 tonnes.

However if they are the ship's tonnages, I reckon we must as a mininum have double that. As you know ships aren't like taxis sat on a rank, they can take a month to get there.

It will be interesting to hear if material can be stored long at the docks, I don't think it will but I could be wrong. Near a river at the top and near the sea at the other end.

I am totally guessing here but I think they may keep a 5k float max at the docks and accumulate for the next ship, the big store at the plant.

Fortunately we just need hit that output first then look at the following stages.
