The size of the shipment times just under 650 dollars per tonne is the cost of KMUK to produce and transport.

Obviously that is in the budget they aren't stupid.

So the cost of the heap is the same.

Our only nerves are around the plant as it should be, until we get the thumbs up from Bernard.

Mining along with many other regulated industry is like that, there is an order which cannot be broken and cannot be shuffled. Issuing of a document or end of a process triggers the next.

None of them list the one big risk which is that particular plant can't hit the upper range reliably.

Or that whatever the plant manufacturers improved which made them say that the upper range is 125,000 to 130,000 tonnes rather than the old 115,000 tonnes up to 125,000 is not achievable and we waste weeks trying to get that last 5,000 or tonnes extra.

They list stuff already in the budget or currently unimportant stuff.

In my opinion Bernard is an out and out business person, look at him dealing with Resolute. He will not be soft on the second offtake.

We got a good deal with Hainan the timing was good. Bernard will already know the best people to deal with and he will be weighing up Hainan, if they are straight he may deal with them again, if in any way they are not he will keep them sweet and start making different plans.

Bernard is no mug and he is very well supported with his wider team no mugs there either.
