BFD, they certainly got mislead by the licence transfer, not the mega event that they proclaimed.

Badomen was correct in his comment but failed to say we went from owning 100% down to our final share, figure to be announced as we don't know if the government purchased a share yet or not.

The permit is admin - we don't know at what point these are issued by the government, beforehand or when you have sufficient material to ship, or another point of time.

I imagine the permit is an indicator for the government to be looking out for their income.

Hopefully we get an interview with Bernard over the following weeks and find out how frequent and how large these shipments are going to be. Also if the stockpile will be at the docks once transportation starts or on the Bougouni site. Not sure how concentrate stores in sea air.

You have absolutely no idea how much they are going to ship, but the lowest coastal tonnages are 10,000 tonnes so it is almost certainly upwards of 20,000 possibly as high as 50,000 tonnes so a permit is academic at this stage as was the licence except for a potential buy out.

Hainan need the mine to produce because they have built a plant in Hainan province and want to start producing.

A floor price could have a high cost over the offtake term.

A buyout is more likely to be calculated weighing up potential guarantee relative to a buy out cost and heading off a larger resource buyout well down the road and, if they want the second offtake how much sweetener they would have to pay upfront.

Lower lithium prices in my opinion make this mine more valuable not less valuable.

We may get a very high offer for a 30m tonne resource.

Pigman - buyout of KMUK. KMUK own the mine (effectively) now the licence has transferred.

Rob - stockpiling and exporting has no link to a buyout. The size of shipment will dictate that and stock required in addition for smooth flow of contracted transportation.

However the licence transferring does give that buy out opportunity.

Plus the silence on the floor price could be an indication of a potential offer. They aren't going to do a floor price for themselves and create a complicated transfer tax situation.

I think it is the same as these mines and oil wells ever were, can it deliver we are within weeks/days of finding out.

Once that is done, Bernard will tell us how big a shipment is, if it is 30,000 to 40,000 tonnes you are waiting again - unless that can be stored at the docks, in which case we get 65% of the value.

Mines take how long mines take.

Even relatively small mines like this one are physically large and the equipment is 10s of millions of dollars so you cannot be reckless in increasing the output, got to take your time and address every little detail as they go.

It just is how it is. Seems fast if you are around them, like an ice age from out here.

Good sign that we are just weeks away from being a commercially viable producer according to our CEO.
