Original plan would have been sell two goldfields then start developing Bougouni, once up working and profitable value the company.

We would be way behind where we are with that plan at Bougouni.

Current plan reduce holding to 49% with JV and soon Bougouni will be developed. We retained 100% of the Goldfields, so we need to take those to maiden value, the second of which will be Fatou.

At the maiden value of the second goldfield we have a comparison of where we are to the forecast from the first plan.

Not after Bougouni is up and profitable.

This way looks significantly more profitable. If either of those goldfields are not viable we may never have developed Bougouni.

Neil, remember when you invested the plan was to sell and develop the gold fields to fund the lithium.

If we were still on that plan we may not have been up to where Bougouni was in mid to late 2023.

We would not have increased the resource as we would not have been able to drill.

We currently have just under three quarters of our original tonnage, no debt and still own two goldields.

The plan has changed.

The share price is dependent upon how things progress and how the market perceive the business.

Or if Hainan decide to go for an early buy out. They may do within 22 months before stage 2 funding.

I think re the share price there are two distinct camps and it shows greatly in the posts.

Early investors such as myself Merc, George and co. We were working on the original spodumene concentrate value 680 dollars per tonne was the predicted price from Bernard and co.

Then more recent investors who came in on that crazy spike.

Those of us that were early are impressed with Kodals price estimate, we were 480 - 580 dollars per tonne at that time.

We see their price predictions as absolutely amazing, pretty much spot on adjusted for inflation.

The 2,080 dollars per tonne current figures only came about from the pressure in the spike to adjust our figures.

So us early investors are spot on track with pricing and costs. We don't have the same fears as those who came in because of the bubble.

Speedy, I was a little frustrated in 2022 that Bernard did not do a small fundraise and keep Nielle ticking over. It would have gone to maiden value ages ago as it was so close when we mothballed it.

However it would have been a mistake, we would probably have already sold it and may have done the wrong thing with the funds.

Arms length pricing and contract - because Hainan is JV partner and taking the material from the offtake - makes it more complicated to ensure that the government is being ripped off.

It is clearly trolling and lacking a bit grey matter.

An explorer with a couple of million dollars goes to African bush and through their efforts attracts 114m dollars, builds a mine which produces day one and already has over 15m dollars stock accumulating and is close to nameplate tonnage.

Then also has two Goldfields and still has millions of dollars in the bank account.

Complete and utter disaster. Primary school comments, ignore them.

The real risks are known to all.
