So the explosives is down to government rules on the amounts stored of explosives.

The wider press are adding loads of random Mali information to any news from mining companies and it has affected their releases.

Video seems the favoured link while this lasts apart from regulatory releases.

The news in that release is they now do want to export and need the permit. They are talking to the ports (proactive UK).

Id say the law of probability suggests that the translated text is probably quite close to the truth.

AI doesn't hallucinate, that's a phrase termed by people that can't comprehend how it works.

AI uses mathematical calculations to produce results, the quality of the output is based on the quality of the input.

In this case the input is text on a photo written in french which will have been rendered by specialist OCR technology before input into the Large language model to interpret.

The LLM would have found the closest match to the output of the OCR model. It would have the context of the content from the clearly legible title and knowing it's written in french, it has returned the closest match of words in a sentence that makes sense given the context of the conversation.

I personally think what's been interpreted is likely very accurate

Accionista, AI doesn't put rock trucks on a site which doesn't have them as seen in previous articles provided, a sharp eyed person on here spotted them and referred to them as moxy trucks.

There has been some really bad articles. Although Reuters was the worst.
