All the money put into the project by Kodal was a loan, so we get repaid for that.

Hainan gave a loan facility to KMUK, that will be repaid.

But honestly this is Dreamland in mining the plant produced 50%; n the first turn and now is within the upper tonnage range.

We have the stock to clear everything and more. Unheard of, normally mines would still be fiddling around, like Ganfeng started before us and until recently were on 50% output.

Just relax until a real problem arrives.

The loan is only on the amount drawn and only for the period borrowed which calculates at 15% per year.

However if Spodumene keeps rising then a longer wait is to our benefit.

They will be properly upset when the permit arrives and crying into their milk if the nameplate tonnage is high.

BFD ivenoidea and the green filter boxes seem to be operating hand in hand, always together, probably the same individual.

Elcobble, yes they are amazing, must be really scary to check as a human though, all power off but there is always that feeling in the back of your mind.

Even with the key out of a machine and a warning over the control panel it enters your mind when crawling into a machine this doesn't feel sensible, but a warehouse of robotic machines - spooky.

I have sold out a number of times to increase my holdings, I have posted that on here. Getting back in is not always as easy as some make out who post on here.

It would have been simpler if Bernard had also given the basic cost per tonne at the mine to extract, or cost to the dock.

Iveroche, I can empathise with that but it is no use.

However our figures use an average spodumene price of just over 2,000 dollars per tonne.

However within that is big fluctuation.

Opex AISC does not include CAPEX the cost to build the mine.

It does include production capital costs, ie when the plant needs major capital expenditure due to throughput, it also includes reclamation.

For instance if capital reclamation costs in those figures were 10%, on 800 dollars per tonne it would be 80 dollars per tonne, on 4000 dollars it would be 400 dollars, on an average of 2,000 dollars shown as 200 dollars.

If one of the taxes was 3%, on an average of 2,000 dollars it would be 60 dollars. But on 800 dollars per tonne it would only be 24 dollars, on 4,000 dollars per tonne 120 dollars.

It assumes money on every tonne is being allocated for future purposes too, like reclamation future plant capital costs on every tonne in a percentage, which on a practical level doesn't happen.

Too complicated to calculate.

The Opex AISC is clearly misleading investors.

PS the AISC cost will be much lower.

Ivroche that is not how AISC per tonne works at all.

You would need Bernard's team to do that calculation for you. It will be much lower than that IF the estimated costs were originally correct, Bernard is indicating they could be lower too.

Plant hits upper tonnage range but they don't want to declare nameplate just yet, they think there is more.

You don't get a 40,000 tonne heap during the set up stage from a plant which is supposed to hit 10,000 tonne per month max that doesn't work.
