Plus the equivalent of 4.5 months of full target plant output of the right quality Spodumene in stock and we have not yet completed optimisation process, some more work is being done when the plant stops for the maintenance.

Badomen if they paid we would not benefit from an increase in the Spodumene price.

But we are only talking until the Goita visit, not forever.

The bank balance would not be better for Kodal plc if sold earlier at lower prices.

The pecking order would dictate that.

The more money they get for this stockpile dictates how fast they get down the pecking order and Kodal plc get their loan repayment.

There is no worry at all holding on to stock if the price keeps rising such as it has over the past three months, it is very profitable to do so, loan facility or not.

Badomen at the start we are repaying the facility, getting some working capital and repaying Kodal PLC's investment in the mine, so higher prices this year impact us on cash in our PLC account. Higher lithium price equals quicker payment.

Every extra 10 dollars is over 160,000 dollars onto our part of the spodumene stock.

So lucky we weren't a few months quicker if this rise either continues or remains where it is.

Got to be careful what you are racing towards or wishing for, normally with that mindset your own ⚰️ coffin.

I have not seen anything official which says anyone is technically unemployed.

Also every year in the wet season when they cannot work in the bottom of the open cast/pit mine what is the usual score with that workforce?

All the rest was me just not dividing it up, possibly should have done two posts, but answering one of those:

Answering pumping, that will not be pumping to work it will be pumping for the integrity of the mine. They will stop working in the rain/wet season it is lethal.

Accionista - re staff I have not seen that officially anywhere.

Also 'staff' is misleading.

Do they mean contractor staff or direct staff?

Secondly what is the usual situation annually with 'staff' in the wet season.

We know Bernard expected downtime in the bottom of the pit when he continually mentioned the ore stock and wet season and explained they had more than enough in hand some point earlier.

Regarding pumping out the open pit it is unlikely in the midst of the wet season they are going to do this to continue working in the bottom of the pit, based on everything else Bernard said including stockpile. So connecting not working with other events is a spurious link.

The explosives we have been told is down to rules of amounts in a potentially volatile nation, they have done the same here before too. Bernard and the country along with Ganfeng will find a way round this, there are other methods other than explosives or they may simply split their holdings with a nearby storage.

Also you have to be careful not to turn success into a failure point. The plant produced at 50% immediately, that is the reason we have so much stock. We produced through the shakedown period, we then produced through the optimisation period. So some posters are taking the shakedown period as part of the production period. Things will have been well wrong in some areas where the plant would be stopped and things rectified otherwise that area would not have lasted more than a couple of months, then on through the rest of the plant until perfect. Then optimization would have begun.

Their immediate success of stock is somehow being twisted to a failure to export which was not the case.

Badomen they are bagging product because the vehicles can take return loads from the port. I can't remember where that is, but it is in one of the official outlets, presentation or similar.

I would assume that the bags are being reused. The quarry ones are not one use.

If you have this switched on during your searches and you are working in black and white areas, factually correct or factually incorrect and nothing in between, then the errors are very alarming, I see them multiple times per week.

No doubt oneday many of these problems may get ironed out, but today they are massive, and apparently are getting worse as AI is taking information from AI articles too.

Of course it is not surprising to see one of the stock bashers recommending this source.
