Remember many investors buy and sell on sentiment and Jack and Jill RNS.
Most companies now raise capital by releasing more shares and there is dilution.
Non explorer/miner investors will not understand how big a deal this is.
A JV and cheque is the simplest for non mining investors to understand. Unless of course the likes of Motley Fool and others start spelling it out, many blindly follow their share heroes.
It is a very good RNS. The profit over life of mine has gone up massively with conservative figures.

Crumbles- no you need to check a few times per day. If we go down the old JV route there will be a big cheque and we will jump up instantly in value.
Personally I would prefer an interest only loan and an offtake agreement where if they don't purchase the tonnage there is a penalty per tonne.
Second option it is all ours with only the loan diluting profits, no share dilution.

No, purely based on the original total asset value from the original study, multiplied by the new lithium price. That is without additional recovery rates and without additional acreage. It is going to be a big figure.
I have no idea how much tonnage will be additionally recovered from the original acreage and no idea how much additional land they have worked.
Even if you trebled the original set up costs it will still be a massive figure. Suay Chin has been involved for a long time, we had a take off agreement with them that thankfully timed out. Unlike Firefinch who were unlucky.
It cannot be anything but good. How big is the question, will the total estimated asset value exceed 1bn? Will it be more or less? Definitely going to exceed half a billion based on old figures. We will have to see.

Roman wolf, I think we are in the last three or four weeks before the study release, I allowed extra time for Bernie's optimistic outlook.
However, everything connected to mining is flat out busy, so it could be today, tomorrow or anything up to 6 weeks.
Last time a busy laboratory held back our RNS for a few weeks.
If a few companies are fighting for the offtake that could delay us as meetings eat up time too.
Waiting is torture but at least we aren't guessing if it will be good or bad. It will be good or fantastic!

Fpvone, cheers, mining will still be needed even after that timeframe, which could be after Kodal shut their lithium doors. It is not possible to keep recycling the same product back into an equal quantity of the same product.
In other forms of recycling virgin material is also normally required to blend with recycled material.

Agree Daz423, wording is everything in the big RNS, I hope that they think carefully about how they communicate it and break it down into understable paragraphs with a logic to the order.
It has been a long winding road to get to this stage and even the keenest investors struggle to lay their hands on info when another investor asks for it. So much of it in so many different places.

Daz if the overall estimated asset value is visible, that will make it easier for new investors.
In the original study the asset value is there but does not jump out at you.

Agree Daz423 and the fact that the feasibility study would dictate if they proceed. Except that ours is an update on a previous feasibility study, based on low lithium prices,lower recovery rates and some of us think less ground, we are not 100% sure about the ground, but we think more has been drilled since the first study was completed.
But as you say Bernie says the correct words we will proceed based on the study, it is accurate.
If it had been spelled out that this was a second study, it would have been too salesman like. However helped the share price!
