Dazgard, I thought that was insulting to teenagers.
They want a kick up the backside for that website, it is a disgrace.
Everything which is no longer relevant needs archiving, everything relevant but outdated needs updating to the present position.
New RNS information needs adding to the overview, but it needs writing again so it flows properly with a history time line included, ie what started 5 years ago and what happened in the last 12 months.
A new investor does not have a hope. They are better ready the RNS on this site from 2017 up to the present day.

Unfortunately unless a deal is struck somewhere else in the world that we are unaware of, which is on exactly the same basis as ours (no prices set last year), there is not much new stuff to discuss.

Accion no matter what, the news will be good. One phrase or set of wording misunderstood and any theories based on their rules and regulation could all be flawed.

I see some of the long term holders are not posting at the moment.
The lithium market is so hot at the moment even seasoned mining investors are not sure of this outcome.
Normal JV or similar, almost certainly full buyouts will be on the table, but what else, some very different deals being struck across the world for other sources of lithium, brine and the deals I think in Norway or that region, nobody knows until we see it.

It appears to me that any land not included in the exploitation licence cannot be part of the deal.

Accion, I see the point of it now, to cover the inability to dilute the government's royalty percentage. Somewhere in history someone must have capital raised to dodge paying the full percent. Likelies they have structures which have been tried and tested which they want mining companies to use. This would mean any exploration cannot be in the same company.
Therefore any agreement if limited to the new company cannot include the other areas of lithium exploration, someone was asking this question earlier in the week.

If it is a buyout they will be stuck out in the cold.
Ford buying up all those other assets leaves very little on the table for the next 5 years.

Ford is signing up huge deals with massive multi million investment in EVs to hit their 2026 target.
This will place pressure on others to sign up remaining resources elsewhere.

Lithium is so valuable and so sought after we have to throw convention out of the window and sit back and see what happens.
As I said before in late 2020 and early 2021 the guys on the board who got their decimal places wrong doing their calculations were closer to the overall value today than either the original study or any of us.

Of course that is no guarantee that either are the majors looking at us, but I would be surprised if Ganfeng were not in there.

Ivenoidea- he cannot divulge that type of information until one is signed up.
The interested companies can if they wanted as I have seen that before, but Ganfeng lost out last time, so they may not do that again.
