Creaser, I think from the presentation that they know now which way they are going, the legal wording of the contract and company meetings are where time could be lost. Elcobble, I am expecting the same, the only thing that raised doubt in my mind was Bernard mentioned the word finalising twice, which may be nothing, but if all of the sorry you were not successful letters were already drafted and finalising was quick, it could be sooner.
If he had not mentioned that word twice and his polite reference to Suay Chin, I would be thinking the same timeframe, it still could be if they got stuck on detail. It is the up and running in 2023 which has me baffled, they must have found a way to cut a few months off construction - is that the 20% cost saving and time?

200,000 tonnes plus per year. They are already convinced that they can extend the life of mine beyond 9 years, that just needs finalising too.

Probably something along those lines. But with lithium being so valuable all sorts of weird and wonderful deals are being done. If it is a big standard JV with a big cheque it will seem like a lot of wasted effort and conversation for the Kodal team!

He has said there is a lot of interest, Europe, North America and China.
Give the team a chance to speak to them all properly.
Afterall he is trying to get the best deal for us.
No price is set, this was confirmed.
Therefore the NPV based on other information in this presentation clearly is very conservative.

Exactly creaser, better newer investors hear it from Kodal, rather than places like these boards.
Many of their concerns will be gone and they can replace them with new ones.

Investors can be more confident, if they were not already, that there is going to be an agreement reached and that more than one party are interested.
